Coach Acosta is the real deal. Not only is he the best trainer, he can adapt to any style you have or want. Coming from a traditional system I was worried about coming to combat sports but Coach Acosta was willing to adapt and integrate, rather that remove things. An absolute must have professional Coach you need!
