Those qualities are developed with time I mean you have them but those qualities must be putted to test when working with patients like you need to know where your limit is and then work on that, my experience :) good content
Great perspective! I'm graduating this year, and I feel I need to work on my communication, problem-solving, and desire to keep learning. I'm excited to start working as an RN. Where area would you recommend a new grad start in? I want to learn skills at a slower pace until I feel confident.
Ethan D. I started off on med surg and thought it was a great nursing foundation BUT not everyone has to start there. Find what rotations you like best during clinicals and go from there. There’s no right or wrong place to start. Just find what’s best for you 😊
