His comebacks are really good to be fair, and it sort of plays into her style. I’m also willing to say she could act as a sort of yin to his yang, she’s the positive one, he’s the negative one. And while his negativity is just a sort of meh, not evil, I think she could balance him out a bit and just let him have some fun or even TAKE GENUINE INTEREST IN STUFF OUTSIDE OF COMBAT. Help him grow ya know, maybe remove that stick that is stuck betwixt his butt cheeks. Then again I kinda like him as is.

To me the dynamic is fantastic, I like having a solid “straight” guy in a comedy skit to take the piss out of someone else. She rattled off joke after joke, and he used his unending edge to just blow through her, but the fact that he is annoyed by having to do so makes it all the funnier. His unease tells me 2 wonderful things about this encounter, not only is it overtly prevalent to me that ON HER VOICE ALONE he realized “Oh fuck it’s her!” but that the history there must run deep for him to automatically know. Then there is the jokes she makes to try and butter him up, she is clearly using her jokes in an attempt to cut through the tension, and he being just comfy in his cloak there of, doesn’t like how she probes him. His shields are up, particularly strong around HER, giving me hints as to the idea that not only are some of her attempts to get him to go out with her legitimate, but also long term additions to what appears to be a LENGTHY campaign on her part. That and she seems genuinely interested, with the jokes being her attempts at making conversation, and every time he brushes her off, she uses the laughter to brush off the emotional pain of rejection meaning while indeed internally stung, it’s just that, she is waging a love war of attrition, and neither side seeks to capitulate. And I find that Hillarious. Honestly, I want him to have to actively dodge her. That would be even better, forced to work together at the academy, and she gets to harangue him whenever she feels like it. It would be so funny to see him pull out all the stops to not have to deal with her, or even stop himself from laughing. I want the students to get invested in it, and I have the sinking suspicion that the Girls would ship the fuck out of it and try and help Joke. Twould be a fun arch. I know it’s a shonen anime, buuut some comedic relief goes a long way, plus romance sells like hot cakes. Plus i’m a bit of a sadist when it comes to this sort of stuff, so lay it on him and let’s make Eraser soooo damn uncomfortable. I’m chaotic good in this little sense if not arguably a bit evil, because I deeply enjoy this sort of back and forth. His reaction at 0:01 being the kind of thing to show just how ingrained it is, making it all the more satisfying to me.
I feel Aizawa, nothing is more annoying than someone nonstop teasing you, just because they find you interesting and they don't stop no matter how many times you tell them.

To me the dynamic is fantastic, I like having a solid “straight” guy in a comedy skit to take the piss out of someone else. She rattled off joke after joke, and he used his unending edge to just blow through her, but the fact that he is annoyed by having to do so makes it all the funnier. His unease tells me 2 wonderful things about this encounter, not only is it overtly prevalent to me that ON HER VOICE ALONE he realized “Oh fuck it’s her!” but that the history there must run deep for him to automatically know. Then there is the jokes she makes to try and butter him up, she is clearly using her jokes in an attempt to cut through the tension, and he being just comfy in his cloak there of, doesn’t like how she probes him. His shields are up, particularly strong around HER, giving me hints as to the idea that not only are some of her attempts to get him to go out with her legitimate, but also long term additions to what appears to be a LENGTHY campaign on her part. That and she seems genuinely interested, with the jokes being her attempts at making conversation, and every time he brushes her off, she uses the laughter to brush off the emotional pain of rejection meaning while indeed internally stung, it’s just that, she is waging a love war of attrition, and neither side seeks to capitulate.
And I find that Hillarious.
Honestly, I want him to have to actively dodge her. That would be even better, forced to work together at the academy, and she gets to harangue him whenever she feels like it. It would be so funny to see him pull out all the stops to not have to deal with her, or even stop himself from laughing. I want the students to get invested in it, and I have the sinking suspicion that the Girls would ship the fuck out of it and try and help Joke. Twould be a fun arch. I know it’s a shonen anime, buuut some comedic relief goes a long way, plus romance sells like hot cakes. Plus i’m a bit of a sadist when it comes to this sort of stuff, so lay it on him and let’s make Eraser soooo damn uncomfortable.
I’m chaotic good in this little sense if not arguably a bit evil, because I deeply enjoy this sort of back and forth. His reaction at 0:01 being the kind of thing to show just how ingrained it is, making it all the more satisfying to me.
