Yeah, because their countries aren't traditional anymore in the slightest, that's the issue. But well, neither is Russia despite the state propaganda. Russians aren't all that different to Westerner in regards to "tradition", it's just that they don't allow LGBTQ there.
The tradition of not having any say and not being allowed to comment against your "betters" is a long standing human position. In fact, its the longest standing tradition of them all. So I guess that they in a sense are correct. I wonder if they will ever understand what they have done, trading their free will to a tsar for security of mind.

Nonetheless even these countries are much better off than Russia, with both freedom of speech. And pretty much everything else.

It was similar in 1930s when the true believers in idea of communism from Europe were attracted by propaganda to move to the USSR. Long story short after moving to USSR, they did not end well.
My hypothesis is that they're not actually expecting a ton of conservatives to take up on this offer, but this is just more propaganda put out to make it look like Russia is on the "side" of Western conservatives, therefore hoping that these conservatives put pressure on the government to stop aid to Ukraine and be friendly with Russia. Ironically unknown to these people, the Kremlin is absolutely not on their side. They are just taking them for fools.
As cannon fudder, they can recieve an unlimited amount of immigranter. It's like leaving notes of improvments, in the infinite box for improvements at the company. ( The Trash bin ) If asked, the measure was only taken, to make you feel better.... Now does it?
It's sad how American conservatives used to be based and anti-Russia, but now they are acting like total tools to an hostile foreign regime. Absolutely ridiculous.
Exactly, it's a pretty safe gamble. No country in the west is willing to exploit this decree. For example the west could send violent criminals to Russia, the same way Russia has been pushing African and middle-eastern asylum seekers across the border into the EU. It would be a huge headache for Russia if thousands of anti-authoritarian 2A conservatives plus Islamic fundamentalists immigrated to Moscow.
these are people the Russian government pay off to give favorable outlook on Russia, its something that also occurs in China, migration isn't a good thing, crime waves followed by unfriendly foreign people that want the country to change to resemble their home, it was fine when it was scientists and business men or people with brains to trade, not a bunch of mouths to feed that breed nothing but dissent.
Putin is opening the doors to legal migration, there is a difference, between knocking on the front door because your invited and busting out the back door to get in uninvited
In a twist of irony, the Talibans are now the new allies of the russians since the exit of the american troops and the fall of the afghan government. Putin even receive a delegation of the Taliban in their country, also Putin is a big fan of all islamists around the world, so much for the so called traditional-christian values 😂.
1970s. A delegation from the USA arrived in the USSR and entered a kindergarten. The head of the kindergarten said to them: - In the Soviet Union, the happiest children in the world live. They are fed the tastiest food in the world. They play with the best toys in the world. They are dressed in the best clothes in the world. They have the best caregivers in the world. One boy started to cry. One of the delegates asked him: - Boy, why are you crying? - I want to go to the Soviet Union!

There was a conservative family from Canada that moved too Russia and then posted a video about how bad it was and then all of the sudden put up another video saying that what they said was just out of frustration (I'm pretty sure they had a special visit from some persuasive fellows)
So there is a dude from Denmark who moved to Russia some time ago to “escape Western propaganda “ and recently he was taken into the Z army against his will to fight for “Rusky Mir”. Of course, he was the first one to cry to get undrafted 😂
If you move to Russia without a load of money you get drafted. If you move there with a bunch of money Putin takes it for the war. Then you get drafted. 💀
I like how these Americans are moving to Russia when they could just move to small town ANYWHERE America or Canada to experience this anti-wokeness they're seeking. Lmao
American conservatives then : Russians are demons! They’re trying to take over the World! American conservatives now : All hail our glorious savior Putin!
Actually wokeness even infected even small cities and towns. Look at small towns anywhere, you will find rainbow sidewalks and flags everywhere even though there is no or very few LGBTQ person in the town.
It's true. Except the Canada part. Canada is a cesspool for TDS. Not to mention, it's responsible for the creation of the sweet babies. US citizens trying to escape from the TDS epidemic know better, they don't have to travel further.
“Woke” History Lesson I’m a 55 year old American Black man. The word “woke” was used by black people back in the 60s and 70s by what we used to call the “old cats” and “OGs”. It never meant what the liberals or conservatives think it means. It meant knowledgeable of daily life of what was actually going on. Example: “That old cat is woke, you should go talk to him and he’ll spit some knowledge at you and set you straight young buck” translates to “That old dude has been through some stuff and will let you know how things really work in the world” Rather it meant dealing with racism, money, cops, drugs or women depending on what you asked. When people use the term woke, it’s like they twisted something that used to mean a lot to our culture.
Man, we (me and my large extended family) still use it that way. People always trying to take over our language and way of speaking to each other, our music, our dances, our culture. I have no problem sharing but straight up hijacking?! 🤦🏿🤷🏿
It still meant that until the conservatives twisted it trying to make it mean something ugly but it's not we used it in the activist community the way you used it for decades. Until the right wing conservatives took it not knowing what it meant or that it was a positive thing, that's why I like asking them what they think woke means and they just spit out things like "a trans groomer or a godless idiot who doesn't know what a woman is" so basically regurgitated talking points. It makes me laugh I tell them they have no idea what woke even means but feel free to call me woke all day long it doesn't offend me.
This is what it meant when I was a teenager in the 90’s also. People would say, “Stay woke”, and they meant keep your eyes open and keep seeing what was really happening in the world.
so many people complaining about "freedom of speech going away" are actually mad that being a homophobe and racist has consequences in society now. freedom of speech protects you from government prosecution not people hating you, losing your job, or being kicked off of a website.
The only way I would ever even visit Russia is if Putin and his regime were gone. Being a "president" for 25 years is not normal. At that point you're an obvious autocrat.
Italy had a lot of “technical governments “ since the 2010s. Basically in Italy people could not vote for their governments for nearly a decade. The European Union decided who would rule over Italy. Would you call it “a regime”? Since Italians never voted their governments? Would you say you would avoid going to Italy for 10 years cause Italians lived under “a regime”? I don’t think so.
@@FoundSheep-AN these are two completely different situations. In any case 10 years is a lot shorter than 25. To my knowledge Italy doesn't have a history of making people disappear.
We live in a world where natural born Russians are eager to leave Russia, and people who never lived there are desperate to go there. Can't make this up.
@@Elatenl Yes the political situation is the reason. No one was saying they would still want to leave if Russia wasn't ruled by an autocrat conscripting them into an insane war. So the educated/skilled professionals who can afford it leave in higher numbers, while they get unskilled immigrants from less wealthy central Asian countries (which then get disproportionately conscripted to fight).
So many stories of African and Asian people who got 'job offerings' in construction/tech in Russia and moved there, only to find out from Russian Mod agents they needed to sign a contract to serve in Ukraine if they wanted to stay, or get deported immediately. They are branching out now.
So what percentage of them actually want to become part of the war machine? Would they actually have to join Russian Seabees, etc. or would they be remain civilians while doing work for the military?
So if you were a real patriot living in Germany before WW2 and your country turned nazi, you’re supposed to stay there because youre a true patriot?! Yeah makes sense.
You'd think the people constantly complaining about illegal immigration and "this is murrica, speak murrican!" wouldn't be happy about a citizenship Speedrun where you don't need to know Russian
They would be happy to find out how many non-white Muslim immigrants from central Asia live in Russia 💁 Especially in big cities. In some school classrooms have to 50% of immigrant children. I bet their rcist asses would love that 👌
It's funny how hypocritical these people are. They are moving into another country without knowing the language, the culture, the history and its laws. And yet they criticise immigrants from South and Central America lol
Immigration is only a problem when brown people do it. If there was a nuclear disaster in Sweden and the white, blond Aryan people wanted into the U.S., Republicans would rush to proclaim it is our moral duty to welcome these needy people into our country and offer them immediate citizenship.

The latest statistics I could quickly find was for the year 2021. It stated 388 US citizens requested permanent residency in Russia that year. In 2023, 60,000 Russian citizens crossed the US - Mexico border alone requesting asylum. That doesn't include any other entry points. Considering there are already around 340 million US citizens. . . . we won't be missing those people who left anytime soon.
Im seriously considering starting a non proft that "helps americans escape the west" and literally raise money and pay them to leave and revoke their citizenships lol
There is a big but though in those numbers for US citizens they are usually not very complete. So probably the amount is considerably higher. Still the picture is very skewed towards Russians coming to the West.
The idea that Russia is a bastion of traditional family values is absolutely hilarious. 😄 For example Russia has one of the highest divorce rates in the world.
And among the most atheists, lower church attendance than Western Europe, highest HIV/AIDS rate outside of Africa (or let’s be real, most gay sex per capita in Europe), pr0stitution is very widespread and normalized, Abortion is free and legal with Russia having among the highest abortion rates as well, no gun rights and Putin being very pro Islam etc etc
@@caim3465 Very liberal countries like Norway, Netherlands and the UK have a higher or similar church attendance rate to Russia - while catholic but liberal Germany, France, Italy, Switzerland, Portugal, Austria and Spain have a higher and sometimes significantly higher church attendance rate than Russia. Only places with lower rates are Finland, Sweden, Czechia, Iceland and Belgium (And it’s not that different from Russia still)
Don't forget the gun laws in Russia is a bit more restrict compared to a Red State. According to Russian laws you cannot own a firearm unless you're a Russian citizen so when you immigrate, you won't be able to own a firearm until you have become a citizen so you can forget about bringing your personal arsenal with you.
I actually had two acquaintance that actually went to Russia from Sweden. Turns out it was really hard to get a job as a foreigner, not speaking the language, and to cope without a good welfare system. They came back after four months. You would think with a new found appreciation of how hard it is to be an immigrant, and for the benefits of a good welfare system. But that was to wish for too much.
To a point. Sweden is one of the easiest countries in the world to be an immigrant in. I can't think of anywhere else in the world were permanent residents have a right to vote.
@@billygoatgruff3536They can only vote in municipal elections after living in the country for 5 years, not on the national or EU level which is reserved for citizens. It also used to be very easy in Sweden to be a migrant, but our weird Neoliberal partnered with the far right government has made it extremely difficult now and essentially stopped all migration and caused net emigration by implementing impossible demands on income/language learning, placing asylum seekers in camps and is stripping welfare benefits from migrants (they are even suggesting paying migrants up towards 50 000 -100 000 € to make them leave the country and renounce their citizenships or residency permits)
@@vaikjsf34aWestern Europe (Since WW2) does not launch full scale invasions of countries with the intent of annexing them. The fact that people could believe things like Russia having no homeless people or addicts on the streets is really rather humorous. I recently watched a documentary, which I think was made by a French group, about the federation's miracle far-east city Vladivostok. In that they showed an insanely rich family of partial Armenian origin and alongside them they also met a 65 year old man who'd been homeless for more than a year. He had no papers and had to sleep between the giant hot water heating pipes to survive the winter weather, which was very cold. Keep on making good videos that let everyone know what is really happening because some here in the West need to be slapped out of their slumber of stupidity. Joel
Well, there aren't many homeless people in Russia, especially in big cities. Because usually they die during their 1st winter or moved to outskirts (and die soon enough).
So what about other Eastern European countries?(Poland, Baltics, Hungary etc) Homeless in the US it is not normal and a real problem. People just give free food, money and live easy lazy life on your taxes

Ironically, Russia has the highest abortion rate in the world, has a higher divorce rate than America, deported people to Chechnya for speaking out against Islam, has surprisingly high immigration, and has stricter gun laws than some European countries like the Czech Republic, Estonia, and many others. Unfortunately, if I link to it, YT will think I'm spamming and hide my comment.
Everything is true, except for abortion thing. You must've read statistics from the 90s. "List of countries by abortion rate" on Wiki shows that we are on the 112 place, lower than USA and some European countries. Abortion is legal and free in Russia tho, so this is only because we have access to contraception.
Don’t forget about Russia having the highest AIDS/HIV rates in Europe by a large margin, the highest murder rate in Europe per capita by a large margin, among the highest rates of prostitution and human trafficking alongside sky high alcoholism and drug abuse rates. Oh, and their church attendance rate and belief in god among the population is also on par or lower than Western Europe - and significantly lower than the rest of Eastern/Central Europe.
I just love the idea of Americans, who didn't even bother getting to a 9th grade level of Spanish, deciding to move to a country that does not at all cater to speaking English.
You could always get rid of the "right-wing" mentality, which I can recap for you: being slaves to wages and gods, hoping to get to some place where you impose on someone else. Free yourself, and free the world.

I'm so glad that someone has already addressed this glitch in the general anti-woke/conservative mentality, because this concept's acceptance by some of them would imply that they truly believe this to be true. But the true question here is, why would Putin's regime only accept white westerners if their emphasis is apparently on creating a haven for traditional values? What about African people, or Asian people, or Brazilians, or people from the UAE... Anyone from the list of BRICs countries? Will they reject non-white applications from any of the BRICs countries, and if so - that wouldn't say much about the BRICs alliance, right? And what if this sentiment proves to be false and they accept anyone - including people from all the BRICs nations... can you imagine all these new immigrants trying to rant and rave about other immigrants in their new mother-land? The plot thickens, and while I hate everything about war, I can't help but want to get my popcorn ready to watch this potentially calamitous spin-off.

@@kennethkho7165 Or one could say 'Cold War 2 known as the Woke War'. Lol
“Woke” History Lesson
I’m a 55 year old American Black man.
Ty for the explanation Unc, I appreciate it 🙂↕️
Man, we (me and my large extended family) still use it that way.

Even if you are the most conservative, America and freedom loving person in America, there should be zero reasons to move to Russia. As a MAGA Republican I haven't even met anyone who has even heard of anyone that wants to move to Russia. We're building a movement right here in America .... and we ain't going nowhere

I totally agree.
I'm cool with most people as long as they don't mess with my cereal and lifestyle but I wouldn't say I like the woke ideology of the minority being pushed over everything else including the majority as a priority but I would not go to Russia. I agree that things are getting worse here in America and most people feel it with their wallets, products, and social media/news but let's be real, Russia and the rest of the world are getting worse as well.
The whole Woke agenda is more of a political campaign than a cultural change. Instead of wasting time on spreading the rainbow and teaching 5-year-olds about sexual content which honestly is borderline pedo, we could be solving real issues like illegal immigration, inflation, growing debts, medical advancements, education, housing prices/space, job availability, and food availability all over the world. But hey, we have politicians who want to gain more votes from illegal immigrants who are legalized and politicians who want to make radical decisions.

Ironically, Russia has the highest abortion rate in the world, has a higher divorce rate than America, deported people to Chechnya for speaking out against Islam, has surprisingly high immigration, and has stricter gun laws than some European countries like the Czech Republic, Estonia, and many others. Poland is a more actual trad country for people with those values (unless pros tituttion is a hill to die on).

Everything is true, except for abortion thing. You must've read statistics from the 90s.
"List of countries by abortion rate" on Wiki shows that we are on the 112 place, lower than USA and some European countries. Abortion is legal and free in Russia tho, so this is only because we have access to contraception.
I'll say to you what many neo-liberals have said to me: "You are not being censored". Now will you all admit that yes we are being censored?
Poland and Romania are goated fr fr
Don’t forget about Russia having the highest AIDS/HIV rates in Europe by a large margin, the highest murder rate in Europe per capita by a large margin, among the highest rates of prostitution and human trafficking alongside sky high alcoholism and drug abuse rates. Oh, and their church attendance rate and belief in god among the population is also on par or lower than Western Europe - and significantly lower than the rest of Eastern/Central Europe.

come on, youtube... it's important, to wake up the world's peasants is important.
What does right wing mean?
An important caveat, when they say “westerners” they mean WHITE westerners
