You can Start from the La tuna Canyon trailhead and ride the fire road up, but we start from the Whiting Woods Trail head so we can do Viper on our way back. These 2 spots are the closest parking spots, there is no way to shuttle. This is the best I can tell you as we had someone who knew the area that we followed.
