Law is a very challenging field for the beginners. It take years for the first Generation Lawyers. It is always easy to establish for second generation lawyer and third generation lawyer because of the fact that
 Second Generation lawyer is already having
 Clients
 Files
 Library
 contacts in society and legal fraternity
1. Choosing a Field :- Civil ,Criminal ,Writs, Revenue, Banking , MACT, Miscellaneous
2. Choosing an officer of Senior:- Choose a senior who is having at least a 15 to 20 years of practice , having good reputation , medium practice, and having miscellaneous work
3. Start from Sessions Court :- If No one is in your family, you are a first Generation Lawyer. Start your practice from District and Sessions Court
4. Regularity in Court and Chamber of a senior :- new advocates should attend regular court ,without absent.
Must go to the Chamber of your senior and study the next date file and law. Study the citations and judgments and file , which your senior is going to argue.
5. Proper Dress code in Court: - While attending the court, you should be in proper dress code as prescribed in Advocates Act. Always wear band and your dress should be clean and pressed.
6. Having command over Languages:- Today's Time the advocates is having nether Hindi nor English. So Apart from case law study, they must improve their commend over Hindi and English Languages
7. Regular Study the Case Law and Make a Register:-You should be updates with latest judgments, case laws and amendments in law
8. Having Updated Knowledge of Electronic Gazettes:- You Tube, Face Book, Google, Law Related software Scc Online Software, Manupatra Software
9. Preparing List of Dates m, searchin Case Laws for Seniours. Through Study of Briefs handled by the Seniour and Try to do arguments in court :-
 Preparing List of date for Senior and search case law for Senior Notes .
10 . Arguments in Courts :- After seeking permission from your senior , try to do arguments after through study of law and facts. First start your arguments from applications , Thereafter try to do final arguments.

Advocate who has some 1 to 2 matters a day in trial court and no matters in high court and recently i have had opportunity to join the chamber of a senior designate who is having very less work in trial court and some work in high court...can u please suggest what would be better course of action for me to follow

Currently i am practising with a govt. Advocate and am 3 years into practice... The govt. Counsel has no litigation in high court and some 2 cases on an average in trial court...recently i have got this offer to work with senior designate who has little work in trial court and good work in high court..so i am confused..what should i do...should i join the chambers of senior designate and moreover i have an immense interest in criminal practice and both of these chamber dont have any criminal matters....

You are providing class upon all subjects , but can you do one thing on my request , that each and every person has suffering from court procedure , I mean a junior advocate when he starting his practice , then he cannot understand the procedure , I am talking about the entire procedure , means For to trial , suppose in murder case , from the being start 154 crpc then police visit the spot and make 174 crpc inquest , such like , thereafter all the procedure what police do during investigation , how arrest ,after arrest what I.O do for the arresting person , when produce before the court if custodial trail then what procedure should followed by the I.O and the magistrate court , then after submitting the 173crpc what magistrate do , committing the case to the session court , then session court do , this entire procedure if be possible do make it, because this kind of video never ever made by any one still for us ,

Hello sir please help in my important matter.
My father expired in service period in 2007. he was in Corporation bank now merged to union bank. We asked for compassionate appointment for my mother but that time rule of compassionate appointment was not there so my mother took ex-gratia amount. But in 2014 the rule of compassionate appointment is started again. Now my mother is 50+ and have health issues and I to have little sister who is still studying.
