Example: 1.Workout 30 minutes 2.Steps 10,000 or more 3.Drinking 64 ounces of water I have made mine a routine this year . For 2022 I am making my finances my goal . Then break it down into a routine then a habit. This one is a big one for me ! Looking forward to more videos from you 😀
@@woodlover5784 I workout 30 minutes in the morning. I’m on my feet all morning so I get a minimum of 10,000 steps in .The main thing is to keep moving .
