Chocolate CRACKle Cookies- the BEST Chocolate Cookies!

These rich and highly addictive Chocolate Crackle Cookies are made with simple ingredients you probably have on hand and come together in minutes. The chocolatey dough is rolled in sweet confectioners sugar and they form a beautiful crackly appearance when baked! They freeze well if you want to make them ahead and we love to have these cookies on hand for unexpected guests or a late night chocolate hankering!
Ingredients
1 cup (220g) Sugar
1/2 cup (125g) Dark Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Coconut Oil
3 eggs
2 tsp Vanilla
1 cup (115g) Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
2 cups (300g) Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 1/2 cup Powdered Confectioners Sugar
