First thing is she would have to cut all ties with her divorced "friend" while I listened to the call. Next switch jobs. Even then I might be hard pressed to ever totally get over her stupidity. If he's smart he'd have his lawyer draw up a very, very strongly worded postnuptial agreement agreement. Nothing keeps a person on the straight and narrow, like having some financial skin in the game.
This is a good story. I thought it was going to be the same story of a spouse wanting to 'gain some more experience', or similar BS and then the SO kicked them out. Short version, Divorce is messy.
Interesting story. Husband handled it just right. And in the end, it was not all "we'll forget this ever happened, and be stronger for it" but rather The acknowledgement that the relationship had been destroyed. There was no recovering what was lost, but the husband chose to start something new with her. Not necessarily what I would have done, but nonetheless a reasonable course of action. Lets hope he sticks to his guns on this...
Don't you love it when a spouse play gymnastic mind fun .w his spouse, the uno reverse card. These are my prefered stories, logic as Mr Spock would say
She already cheated by flirting and kissing Robert. She was planning to deceive and cheat on him more and then deceive him further by saying she'd changed her mind about the divorce. I hope for his sake they got a LOT of counseling to root out the disrespect and ensure she never cheats again.
What is all this rubbish. She planned to manipulate the marriage to cheat and he knows it, WTF is playing the pick me dance? I would have been serving her papers in a heartbeat!
Divorce is the only reasonable outcome, planning a 90 day separation to spread her legs and then expect her husband to take her back is enough cause alone. She's destroyed every ounce of trust, taking marriage advice from her repeatedly divorced friend. Personally I could never continue/rekindle an intimate relationship I'd always be doubting every thing she says or does.
Taking advice on your marriage from a thrice-divorced woman, that's stupid!. This woman already mentally cheats on her husband. Actually she already cheated by kissing another man and letting him touch her inappropriately in the elevator several times. Even though they stay together I don't know how he doesn't worry that she'll cheat physically in the future. Her husband is clever, playing Jedi mind tricks on her.
I feel like this story delivered a powerful message of consequences, understanding, and reasonable forgiveness!!
Not usually a fan of "they end up together in the end" but this is a really good story.

not a fan of such endings but this story was great and I hope they end up stronger after this.

Oh, husband is good! Excelent story.

Trip to enjoy before shouldering most of the percentage of her economic survival for 5 years, and 100% beyond!
