I love the way you always think outside of the box. You have some original goodies that are super simple to put together. In addition, you keep an amazing waistline making all of these goodies. My bf and our girls are my Guinea pigs. I’m super picky so I might not actually enjoy it but they would so I’ll make them test it out first. 🤣

It’s the most popular Dutch treat and it’s sort of like a dense sweet dry waffle the size of a cookie. Their delicious and addictive. At first, I thought you were making them in the video. You can get them in Amsterdam airport if you’re traveling through. I’ve never seen them in the USA. Thanks!🧇🧇🧇
I haven't ever had them from the Netherlands, but they are big in the Pennsylvania Dutch area so I have had them here. These aren't exactly similar in texture. :)

Love your videos! I don’t really use my stand mixer either. Mine has a detachable handheld mixer and I end up using that and a different mixing bowl.

I would scoop out the dough into individual balls, wrap them in plastic wrap, and then store in a freezer bag. :)

How long can the dough stay out while baking them? Will it need to be refrigerated after 20 min?
You should easily be able to get through all of the cookies before you run into any issues or need for refrigeration. :)
Can you add chocolate chips? If so how much?
Mini chocolate chips will work better. You can really add them to your liking. Make sure to not overload the batter. :)
