- The above machine was made in Taiwan in the 1980s - it is metal bodied and can do adjustable straight stitch, reverse stitch and zigzag; it also has a large number of practical built-in stitches including stretch stitches and the possibility of using twin needles together with two spools and threads.
The machine is a free-arm machine with a detachable worktable/accessory
box. The feed dogs can be dropped at the push of a button to facilitate embroidery and darning.
The Toyota will sew a wide range of materials from the light fabrics to
denim, sailcloth and leather.

Buena noche desde mexico como puedo reparar mi maquina ya que solo hace puntada recta no se mueve el porste de la auja para hacer la puntada de zigzag ya que al parecer no regresa correctamente y en la union de las barras la oprimo hacia abajo para que funcione correctamente
Hi, if the zigzag is not working, then this is probably due to one of the internal mechanisms becoming stuck due to the build up of old sticky oil deposits. The way to check/fix this is to take off the top plate and open the hinged faceplate, next to the needle bar.
Set the machine on maximum zigzag then take the needlebar in your hand and try to move it left and right while rotating the hand wheel. You will see which parts move and you should clean & spray these parts with WD-40 release oil and then move the needle bar left and right again.
Hopefully this should free up the mechanism and the machine should then work properly.

The problem is most likely due to incorrect thread tensions. Slacken off the top tension as far as possible then see if it sews. If not, re tighten, then slacken off the bottom tension fully and see if it sews. Finally clean the area fully & change bobbins, needles etc. If still a problem consider getting the machine serviced.

Le falta la gomits que hace funcioar las puntadas y lr canbiaron segun ellos el motor y no lo tenia malo .ademas esta lenta y encontre que le pusieron la bobina ademas todo viejo es una mentira orrible y es de prestijio la tiemda de maquinas TOYOTA Y ESTE SEÑOR LA VENDIO Y LA TRABAJAN OTRAS PERSONAS ME cobraron 96.980 mil
