Dko masyado bet layout s 1st floor. Nilagyan p ng office masabi lng na namaximize ung space tas exposed n exposed p. Dhil s tv rack eme, lumiit ung dining area. Love the kitchen though. At as usual gaya ng mga ibang house tour n napapanood ko eh tinipid n nmn window s maid's room, musta nmn ang ventilation😅. Ung pool ang liit n nga hinati pa hahaha. D bagay ung gnyan kaliit n pool s ganyan kalaking house, nilaki man lng sna at ginawang infinity style. At ung daan papuntang shower area, ay ewan haha. Maganda nmn mga materials n ginamit pero ung design ng mga cr hndi pang 50m. Peace😁
Kahit irregular shape yung lupa or the house itself, basta maganda ang balanse ng mga elements there is no problem.
Sobrang Ganda Ng Bahay tapos nasa corner lot area pa kaya nice view. Kaso kahit magwork pa Ako sa another life ko, di ko pa din to afford

Ganda ng location ng house walang katapat na bahay then malalayo yung ibang bahay. Special kapatid ko kaya madlas sumisigaw hindi masyado nakakahiya kung ganyan distance

Ms Enna, kudos to you! Super ganda ng pag kakapresent mo ng house, you really covered and highlighted lahat lalo na everytime you open the windows, and show the view outside, ang ganda ng view. TBH before i watch other vlogs ng mga ngppresent ng bahay, english pa ung iba, pero nun napanood kita, ngsubscribe agad aq, i even watch your vlogs year ago and read other comments, and i would say ang lake ng improvement mo.. i can watch your whole video without getting bored. Sobrang nakakaingit naman,.Or ayun na nga sobrang naiingit na din ako para sa pamiliyang makakabili,,..At titira na din dito sa bahay na ito! Kasi bukod sa sobrang lawak niya.Ay sobrang ganda na din niya at since walang rollerbar support,.Iyong mga balcony niya
A MUST! Na din na mag lalagay ka ng coffee table or mini swing na din,.Duon sa mga part na iyun para kung skaleng napagod ka ay pupuwede kana din maupo duon,,.. Either a mini swing or iyong coffee table muna din 👍
Duon naman sa mga bathroom niya,.Kasi pansin ko wala siya iyong mga nish na kung saan! Duon muna din,,..Ilalagay iyong bath soap and or iyong mga shampoos muna din
Kaya mapapa-bili kana lang din.Iyong mga idinidikit nalang din para nang sa ganun hindi muna din masisra,.Iyong wall or mga walls ng bathroom mo
And speaking of putting plants,.For added decorations cguro iyong mga gawa nalang din sa paper or something,,.. Kasi kapag mag lalagay ka na my kasamang soil or something. Madudumihan lang parati iyong baniyo mo

Yong 2 level 8/10 bedroom house and lot near clark Angeles Pampanga nabili agad in less than 2 months for sale worth 72 million pesos semi furnished tyak mabibili din agad ito.

Hindi worth it ang 50M dito and cheat ng mga cabinets may mga hindi pa pantay tas yung mga bathrooms ang sisikip tignan then puro office space parang minadale yung plan ng bahay. yung facade okay lang pero pag pasok mo sa entrance parang common house lang ang panget pa ng pwesto ng TV rack divider. yung mga tiles den sa pader ng CR di pantay pantay even yung pag lagay ng tile grout. aaahhhh basta ang dami kong napansin

the house is not worth it for the price ₱50M it doesn't even have swimming pool and the design is very boring compared it to a 900k dollars house in Texas that have a very good design
