Well, that is hard to say, Malaysia Indian food is hard to beat I must say. But I have never been disapointed here either, I am eating much more vegetarian food here actually, in Malaysia in Indian food I did like the chicken.

Which is a 1hr journey from Bangalore its around 35km, and also a hill station here which is very famous known as Nandi hill. There are trucking places and museums within 5km of that temple. People come from US and UK and other countries to see these here. maybe useful for you. If you want to be so close to nature then visit skandha Giri, Channagiri, near Nandi hills. There are lot many many places around Bangalore.

That's not dosa that you had after your idly (rice cake) breakfast that's uttapam. Dosa is more thinner and have masala mostly as a stuffing. My favorite cuisine is South Indian though i am from north India. You can really enjoy food in Bangalore & hyderabad almost at any outlet no matter how small or dingy it looks they make sure the quality of food stays top notch. When you eat idly or dosa try to eat them with chutney and sambar separately. That is, a piece of idly with chutney only and a piece of idly with sambar alone instead of mixing both chutney and sambar. That way you can enjoy the flavours better. Also you can dunk pieces of idly in the sambar cup, so that like a sponge the idly piece absorbs the sambar and you can enjoy a different flavour. Good luck.
That's Karnataka style sambar. Beware of the coconut chutney & mint/coriander chutney as they're NOT cooked. Onion & tomato chutney, aka red chutney, is cooked, so safer. Enjoy!

It is easily available, but not as easy as in Morocco, but they are fine with the food here, they know it from Pakistan and from Malaysia.

I think that's Set dosa ... Usually 3 dosas are served in a plate along with chutney/ sambar/ bhaji. The dosa texture also looks very soft and spongy.
Uttapam is its name from Kerala. Here it's called Set Dosae. 🙏

It's both different taste .. don't dip both at same time . In Bangalore coffee will be good . I suggest you to go in Bengaluru Jayanagar 4 th block , mg road, Indira nagar, btm stage 4 , Koramangala ,more restaurant s , big roads , more trees . You will love . ❤️👍
