"Hello, yes 911? A crazy man just came and destroyed and stole my ceiling fan I painted and was letting dry by the curb. He was mumbling and talking to himself, I was afraid to confront him. Yes white pickup, has some wooden sides on the bed and he seemed very happy to destroy my stuff. Please help!" 🤣
In fact tetris is easy to Mike comparing to his ability to packing Dottie to max. Soon he needs bigger truck to collect everything he sees around, with somekind of lifting thing.😎 And I remember that, when he was worried about those extra "sides" on Dottie , if he can reach ower them, today not a slightest problem with that. Go Mike. 😀
Really need to find some chairs like the one you got in the first pile. My grandparents had some. They were super comfortable to sit in. I think they’re worth money now too.
Afternoon Mike. I like the way your videos are both entertaining and educational. And the pride you take in your neighborhood is amazing. You picking up the mess for that house was so sweet. You truely are a terrific person.
It makes me mad that I've been wasting time taking all the screws out and taking the blades off of old ceiling fans when I'm taking them down and not once did it occur to me that I could just break them off and be done with it. I guess you live and you learn. Thanks for being my teacher today Mike! 👍
@@maryannrussell7255 I don't think I've ever encountered brass connectors in a ceiling fan. All have been cast aluminum or pot metal. A new hope is born.
Good to see you picking again, did you know that there's other scrappers referring to you now, you're a household name Mike. There is a scrapper in N. Carolina, referred as Into The Unknown & he taped a magnet to his glove. I know you have a magnet on a stick but I think this could come in handy for you, especially when your always in the dumpster already, just a thought, great videos bruh. See that's the shit that's funny, no fun when you comes back & pops you in the jolly beans, your 1 funny dude.
We rent a storage unit to separate our scrap , cause we don't have a big garage to store the copper and other metals. This last weekend a woman drove her car 6 foot into the unit next to ours. It didn't hurt anything of ours but it pulled the garage door off the track. We can't get in ours , until they fix it.
Use to dumpster dive, until people had a problem with me in trash. I have repaired and sold/gave away hundreds of tv’s microwave’s lawnmower’s computers, all kinds of other things. And now it all gets buried in the ground.
Boy! did you bring back some remembering today with "red rover red rover ..." When I was a kid in the 1950's, the boys that lived on my street would play that game.
Thomas it's crazy I love watching you you're very entertaining and I also see how you are very handy I like the thing you made for repotting plants and potting plants and stuff I see so much stuff that I can see you turning into things a lot of things the most crates I mean there's just a lot of things I see that you pick up that could turn into more than just a few bucks through the scrap yard I hope that this will help you think about that and see what you can do with some of the scrap that you do pick up anyway I'm just still going to continue watching cuz I enjoy you so much I can see you going around here in Tennessee picking up stuff we have a booming City here you can find everything in our big old dumpsters here you have a blessed day
Stacking skills on point. I just go home or straight to the yard and drop the load. It's hard to maximize each trip like this. Never know what shape you'll find next. You make it look easy. Nice ceiling fan trick 🤙
I hope you sell those fence panels vs. scraping them. We have sold fence panels and the decorative ones bring good money. The antique ones bring hundreds for each one. We recently sold an 1840's small gate door for $325 - it weighed over 150 lbs.
Holy moley that was one great haul. You don't need to go to a gym you lift up such heavy stuff. I hold my breath and hope things don't fall on you. Waiting for a great scrape yard run. Stay safe and please be careful.😃
Mike the container with the air line hookup is a pressurized paint pot. You fill with paint ready to spray, pressurize and away you go. It is for doing a lot of painting.
Another great episode of truck trash Tetris. Those first metal pieces would mare fancy sides for your truck. Thanks for sharing this video. Wishing you and your family a blessed week.
Hola hola genio me encanto simplemente fue una tarde de la mejor me alegro mucho por ud estuvo de pawer me llamo la atencion las figuras de alambre parecian flores para decorar jardines bastante interesantes super bien genio saludos desde mi Chilito cuidese
19:45 I started hearing that music, but I only heard the percussion and I thought “Oh, no! Dottie’s valve train is making a weird noise!” until I heard the trumpet when you moved around behind the truck. 😅
I do a little scrapping myself but just had hip surgery laid off for 2 weeks can't drive and then another 3 weeks of therapy can't wait to go back to scrapping

That was a really enjoyable episode of “Tetris with Mike”.
its tetris or buckeroo
In fact tetris is easy to Mike comparing to his ability to packing Dottie to max. Soon he needs bigger truck to collect everything he sees around, with somekind of lifting thing.😎

oh mo
Every time I thought the truck was too full Mike pulls up to another pile. And it fit! You go Mike!
A pick-up is never full! :)
Hi Mike why didn't you pop in at your grandparents house?
My wife was helping me the other day when I said "snibits and such" The look of confusion was priceless! Thank you for adding that to my vocabulary.
Check 0:24 on the chair, originals are collectable and some like the 'patina'.. That one is kind heavy on it but can be softened up.
Am I the only one who tries to help Mike lift stuff up into his truck by contorting my head, neck, and shoulders? 🤣
It’s always amazing how Mike get everything to fit just like it was meant to be.
One of the most entertaining scrappers to watch
Really need to find some chairs like the one you got in the first pile. My grandparents had some. They were super comfortable to sit in. I think they’re worth money now too.

Good ole Mike. He leaves it better than he found it.
Fitness equipment!
Mike’s thought “I’m fitting-ness into my truck”
It makes me mad that I've been wasting time taking all the screws out and taking the blades off of old ceiling fans when I'm taking them down and not once did it occur to me that I could just break them off and be done with it. If they are brass you still have to take out screws. Just less garbage
@@maryannrussell7255 I don't think I've ever encountered brass connectors in a ceiling fan. All have been cast aluminum or pot metal. A new hope is born.
@24:30 Cast aluminum air pot. 50's painting rig. Sprayer, compressor lines, both hook onto it. Mixed paint goes in it.
Mike the Scavenger :Tetris, Jenga & JigSaw champion of the world!
Dude, you're packing skillz have greatly improved!!! Rock on!
You should teach a course at the Community College on "How to organize scrap metal into a pickup truck". Yes, you are that good.

Very good hauling Mike the scavenger it's no joke...
You really need to bring a cordless recip saw Mike, could fit so much more hahahaha
Use to dumpster dive, until people had a problem with me in trash. I have repaired and sold/gave away hundreds of tv’s microwave’s lawnmower’s computers, all kinds of other things. And now it all gets buried in the ground.
A very good day of scrapping.
Packing and hauling! I thought over the years I was good at getting 10lbs into a 5lb sack, you win.
The little round cage things are to go around yard lights and the pot with the gauges on it is a paint pot for a spray paint gun ✌️✌️🤑
Don't know why these videos make me smile, but the sure do. thanks.
So much fitness equipment turfed out, same in Australia. Another successful run. 🇦🇺🇦🇺👍👍
That’s impressive that that all came from neighborhood collecting and not from construction open tops or businesses. Nice job Mike
Good Afternoon My Good Bro Mike The Scavenger
I got a huge haul of scrap yesterday filled Lucy's 5'6 box to the max and I also landed a nice big scrap out job from my uncle ♻🌎👍
You inspired me to scrap and my wife encourages me to do scrapping now!

The only thing missing from those car parts was the front hood because all the rest of that stuff was all from the front.😂😂

That little strobe-like feature made my head hurt
Well done that man, so high you can't get over it....
Mike , the thing at 24.30 is a pressure pot , any pen turner who casts their own resin blanks would be interested in it.
Shay

I wish all those scrappers could pack a truck as good as you do Mike. Always have room for the next load.👍
That pot looks like a pressure pot maybe for things like resin. You filled your truck up ! Awesome job
I think it’s a vacuum pot, so you can suck the air bubbles out of resins and finishes.
Probably cast aluminum, by the look of it.
Awesome video today. Filled up Dottie once again ! Nice . Have a great week !
Yes Cast Iron sinks are heavy, I've replaced many of them! 😃
I wish I lived closer I would love to buy that metal chair from you, it’s windy all over the country this year. Loved your video.

19:45 I started hearing that music, but I only heard the percussion and I thought “Oh, no! Dottie’s valve train is making a weird noise!” until I heard the trumpet when you moved around behind the truck.
