Del Credere is an Extra Commission paid by Consignor to Consignee for Bearing The risk of bad Debts on Credit Sales.
Its pretty simple calculation .just apply the Given % on total sales.
If there is a clear instruction to calculate on Credit sales then apply the % on Credit sales only.

Sir Proportional expenses kab lena hota hai? Unsold stock me humlog direct Cost of product + Consignor expenses - Goods lost in transit + consignee expenses karke bohat jagah nikala jata hai. But kuch questions me proportional expenses of consignor liya jata hai. Which method is correct or kab proportionate expenses of consignor karke solve karna hai. Plz clear the doubt

Out of 4000 kg ; 3000 kg are sold ; 100 kg are abnormal loss and 20 kg are normal loss as mentioned in question . So 4000-3120= 880
Which is closing stock i.e. stock on consignment

Dear Sir, as you mention that we can take the amount of normal loss as zero, So can we consider normal loss as NIL in each & every concept or for some specific cases. Please clarify it?

But why aren't expenses like Transportation,Forwarding,Duty etc considered as Normal Loss? These expenses are bound to take place and have to be borne by the Consignor

Here Normal Loss is not Actually zero.
We are Modifying our cost of Goods per unit @pappu Sahu.
And @ Blast
We are Considering expense as Loss which is borne by Consignor ,So closing stock is adjusted which will be opening stock as expense for Next period.
