Just stand up, and keep your head over the handlebars. You should be able to see the number plate with your head over the bars. And keep your legs squeezed up on the gas tank too brother.
I would imagine a combination of inside elbow dropping which is making him fall to the inside of the bike, looks to be over steering in flat corners expecting a rut to hold him up instead of steering with the rear end and or counter steering
I see a lot of people sitting just a hair too far back, and turning in way too tight which makes it feel like you’re about to lay it down, and since you’re so far back, when you go to dab the foot, you basically just pick the front up and slide it straight forward. Not smooth enough going into the turns and not gripping the bike enough. I say if you’re going to dab the foot, at least make sure you’re not taking the bike for a walk.
I fractured my leg at this track. countyline MX (Decker now) is much better. theres a track in central florida that jeff walker goes to thats probably the best track in florida. i forgot what it's called
tighten your steering stem trust its the best adjustment youll make to your bike can guarantee it will help the front end wash
