Matangiake... U really think our island kingdom can survive by shutting down for a whole year for mourning?? U do understand what that would've meant.. Some businesses would have to go out of business due to the nature of their business cz it would be against the Tapu protocol for the mourning period. With time, comes change. the royals do it out of love for their people and at a time where financial hardships are among many throughout the kingdom.
