I figured it out. Ichigo's power comes from his hair. He is always at his strongest when his hair is long (Vasto Lorde Form and Final Getsuga). So I'm assuming the final boss of bleach is when Ichigo's hair reaches his ankles
Cyclon I noticed that, But.... Ywhach's hair isn't that long and he completely bitches everyone... Aizen's hobbling around in a chair (it'd be hysterical to see him trying to hop on the chair in the middle of a battle with an angry face) Aizen's Reiatsu is insanely huge and might be a match to Ywhach, Ichigo needs longer hair again, should buy some hair extensions and Kyoraku and Ukitake are doing their own thing and chillin' out

Ichigo had naturally strong riatsu because (SPOILER ALERT FROM HERE DOWN) ---------- Ichigo's father is a very strong Shinigami and he basically helped Ichigo kick-start his powers. That, and if I remember right, the fake Zangetsu ("Old man Zangetsu") was also in his father's Shinigami move-set.

But also, this proves something that Sosuke Aizen says later in the anime; he claims that without fear, evolution would not be possible. Ichigo feared for Orihime and his friend's lives. Perhaps this gave him the will to protect them even after death. I feel like it all just happened too fast, though.

The Zangetsu everyone knows isn't his real zanpakuto, it's merely a fraction of his power. The reason being that his mother was attacked by a hollow before he was born. Technically he was saved by Zangetsu, the REAL Zangetsu. There's a reason that his hollow power has constantly come to his rescue in previous battles.

He said before that he was repressing Ichigo's shinigami and hollow power. If you notice the Vizard also said their masks had always been the same. Ichigo is the only one who had a mask that changed.
