Well, first off- he was vulnerable to the 4. Anytime you can have a trip= your opponent CAN HAVE A TRIP. Poker theory dictates that it is more Unlikely to be had- but it still happens. I've said this in other posts- AA's= Best starting hand, unfortunately= it is unlikely to improve and it does sometimes lose.
