Ok, this may sound weird, but I am learning again how to take care of myself by watching your hygiene videos, last three years was hard for me because of my mom's passing, few heartbreaks, pandemic etc etc. Sometimes I couldn't even brush my teeth, I let myself go! But now, just like kittens learns how to groom from their mama lol, I literally try to memorize your steps and repeat that in shower. I feel so much better now! Thank you, LaToya

hey Latoya! i also don’t love the turmeric treehut scrub although i absolutely love treehut! it pairs well with the method body citrus body wash if you’re looking to pair a scented body wash with it!
Also you need to try the African net scrubber. They last way longer than loofas since they dry completely and doesn’t hold bacteria. You can throw them in the washer if you want too. They last forever and you can easily wash your back since their long. I get the Mira’s one on amazon and also ulta has the luvscrub brand online.

I’m not their biggest fan of the brand, preferring Dove scrubs and Tree Hut, but the Wicked apple is like a green/purple color that smells really good! I’d recommend if you stumble across it.

I exfoliate everyday with a ghanian scrubber they call 'Sapor' and guess what I use it everywhere on my body with black soap/tea tree shower gel... (I have a few on rotation so they regularly get washed in the laundry). Anyways I always get told that I have the softest skin... (and clean skin) theres no such thing as showering too much i used to shower 3 times a day when i trained and done swimming ... I just used natural oils/shea butter to moisturise...My skin is on fleek🎯🧼🛁
Does the dry spray deodorant work in the heat? Like if i went outside during summer, or maybe ur opinion on how the spray would work in humidity? Im from tx lol 💗
For me it worked pretty well and held up! The smell is still there considering the spray deodorants are like perfume for under your arm if that makes sense?

JUST A TIP- I’ve been told by many doctors NOT to wash your “downstairs area” with any soaps/washes. They can throw off your pH balance and we really should only use water. It’s like a “self-cleaning oven” lol

Nobody has time to use different body scrubs and not finish them and nobody has the time to be using different body conditioners every day and so on and so forth. If you get what I’m trying to say, it’s just not possible.

Unscented gentle soaps are fine. You should not be putting any soaps inside. But I’m definitely cleaning my outside with soap.
