I am looking to build my own cartridge. The 'ATF20V8B-10PC' chip is no longer being manufactured. Does anyone have a source for these, or better yet, a new equivalent that will work on this board? Thanks in advance!
Yeah, most of them are absolute. If you go to digikey for that chip and look for similar it will give you some alternatives, make sure you click same package size and compare the stats. You could also try finding them on eBay.

@@ProgrammerDan thanks for your quick response. Assuming that I use a 27256 EPROM, and the PLD is the ATF20V8B-10PC, for a 4kb game. In this case, I would need to program the PLD with the F4 Code (32k), as the EPROM is a 27256?

Yes, you can see from the guide that's supported, and yes you can use it with just either 4/8kb, I'd recommend testing it on the emulator prior.

Are the PCBs 8k,16k,32k,or 64k?
The website only sells up to 64kb but you can have a higher KB.
