'Some good pace' - 155 clicks is more than just good pace. lol. Been watching the game since 1994, i have personally not seen any single batsman dominate a series as much Smith in this one. 800 odd runs despite missing a test, in away conditions, against a top notch bowling attack and practically coming in to face they new ball each time!! The greatest performance by a batsman in a single series for me. England had no business drawing this series, it needed a once in a lifetime kinda knock which Stokes provided. What a great ashes it was :)
Fortunately now we have navdeep saini who can clock 150+ consistently. He should be given prime importance in tests to give him space to turn into a lethal bowler
I still get goosebumps when I watch him fall, the scariest moment, feels better when he gets up 😍 but English crowd again hats off to you when you applauded the test cricketer of the decade 👏

Imagine facing west Indian tall , horse bowling lineup of 80’s and early 90’s that too without helmet and eventually ending up hitting a lot of centuries against them has to be something out of the world and this is why sunil gavasker is considered as the best opener or perhaps the best batsmen .

2005 ashes ⚱️ or 2019??🤔
Look at the nervousness of Australians specially Justin Linger

Imagine How Akhtar bowled when he was in his prime, bowling 155 kmph 4 balls an over.
Fortunately now we have navdeep saini who can clock 150+ consistently. He should be given prime importance in tests to give him space to turn into a lethal bowler
@@aravindaganesh4053 he doesn't. Have seen him in 2 international series. He is only mid 140s bowler like Bumrah.

I still get goosebumps when I watch him fall, the scariest moment, feels better when he gets up 😍 but English crowd again hats off to you when you applauded the test cricketer of the decade 👏
An extraordinary bowlers with phenomenal capabilities, he's literally a lethal bowler against the world class batsmen, lots of prestigious batsman are afraid to face him in the field
with RR releasing smith, we would get to see more of this in the Upcoming IPL season😍😍
When warner said "Not again", I immediately knew who he was saying. Feels really bad for him man :((

If the goal of this entire online series is for the rest of us to like Aussie team that we so grudgingly feared and respected over the years, you have succeeded. The human side came to the fore and I even rooted for the Aussies for the first time recently against NZ. Heck, I even started watching Big Bash.
Once upon a time Australia do like this(attacking opponents) now archer is doing against Australia, what's wrong with this but archer wants to ask sry to smith while he fall down
Archer don't have that habit

That was an incredible Test series, probably on par with the 2005 one
4:12 Nathan Lyon was like🙁🥺😬🥴😥 I will have to face that
Test series tests the patience of bowlers 😁
And this reminded me of Shoaib and Langer face-off in a test match
This brought tears to my eyes. Respect to Smith
I like how the Aussies like a good contest and can appreciate quality bowling against their superstar batsman. As an Englishman I hope they will be looking forward to the next ashes and seeing some quality competitive test cricket!
I wish that was the case, unfortunately we haven't seen much from England yet, I wish it was competitive.
@@SilentHotdog28 same old shit problems that the ECB don't sort out. There aren't enough English players playing enough cricket on Australian pitches (especially batsmen) so why do we go over there expecting to score lots of runs?
