I came across your videos, while looking at fishing videos of Aberystwyth, and spent half a day watching you both. My late dad would of loved this because I still have some of his bottles that he found while farming. I sold one a few years ago for £70. Are you doing anymore metal detecting soon x

Caroline still has her detector, but we haven't had the time to use it these days, and to be honest being chief hole digger wasn't as much fun for me as messing about on rivers and bottle dumps.
