These are great videos, thanks a lot for making them . Can we also analyse power translation at some point ? The greatest joints - the hips- tend to create the greatest power and Nadal is a prime example for that, as can be seen in the example clip here
I agree with you that developing players should not try to follow Del Potro's long loopy swing pattern, which really uses kind of a throwback technique. (And I got a lot better when I stopped swinging so long.) But along those lines, and I know you have women players in your audience, both of the WTA players shown use an older type of FH where the racket goes back real far, the front shoulder opens with the off arm leading real early, and they sort of whirl the racket head through. There is almost no margin for error in that technique, as the extravagant inconsistency of the top players demonstrates. I like the way you teach it better!
Excellent I being told My forehand is savage I use a Flat Forehand and its vital racket straight out must use your legs to create the Power like Niskhori
best forehand is one I use straight arm out flat forehand if you use your legs shoulders as you rotate its unreal power- you hit across your body like Nishori
+TempterMan Imo this definition of "not so much topspin" is not as useful these days with significant topspin on nearly all topspin type shots. Imo in today's modern tennis, flatter is way more about the shot trajectory than it is about having significant spin rates.
probably this is the least instructional video you've released as I dont know what to take form the clips your demonstrations of good technique are most effective for me
Paul Binalizo i know this is your opinion why you picked who you picked. But to not have the joka or serena shots analyzed over the players you picked is just baffling to me. So are you picking players with great form but dont win enough to become #1. Serena is breaking all kinds of records. Why is serena and novak #1 topseed in your opinion? Its not a big deal really because their record speaks for itself, im just curious how you choose your list without picking 2 top #1 players in the world.
First of all I didn't upload this Video. Its title stated that it's all about "forehand", it's not who's the best player. Serena is an All Rounder she is the best player ever but her forehand is not as beautiful as Ana, on the other hand Djokovic is a counter puncher. Your being too emotional lol.
He's discussing the 'best forehands in the world'. He goes in-depth with other videos. Don't act like won entitled shit. You are getting this video for free.

환상적 입니다

can you describe what you mean when you say to flatten out the Fh?
+C Tomlin it means not to impart so much topspin on the ball
+TempterMan Imo this definition of "not so much topspin" is not as useful these days with significant topspin on nearly all topspin type shots. Imo in today's modern tennis, flatter is way more about the shot trajectory than it is about having significant spin rates.
How about "fraulein forehand"?
probably this is the least instructional video you've released as I dont know what to take form the clips

actually Federer's forehand also has tons of spin on it, just 1000rpm slower than Nadal
Why do tall players are recommended to flatten out their forehands?
All the players you show are hitting open stance modern FH strokes, yet in your training videos you show yourself stepping in to the ball...
***** yes step in to the ball and use your feet and legs -
wait no serena or djokovic....really?
+TheJanicetunes Serena is more of a big hitter. Her FH and BH shots are almost equally heavy. Djokovic's backhand is better than his FH I believe.

Paul Binalizo No I'm keeping it real.
