I was a male kindergarten teacher for a few years. We had a split classroom, so 30ish kids with multiple teachers, and I was the only male there. Its SO important for kids, especially at that learning age, to have a male remodel and male input in their education and discipline. Holy crap, was it nice to give a man's perspective on how best to deal with the boys in the classroom (like not punishing them for not being as well behaved as the girls, but rather finding productive outlets for their energy). I never got strange looks from my parents, but I would sometimes from people without kids, probably because they see fathers act the same way around the kids. I did have to be especially careful though. While we did have cameras which I loved and made me feel safe if any accusations were made, I ALWAYS let the female teachers deal with bathroom stuff, dressing the kids, etc while I clean or do something else. It was an unspoken understanding all staff had with male teachers. I also never get made of for being a kindergarten teacher either. Partly because people really respect having male teachers in early education, and partly because I'm also an amateur MMA fighter. THAT one is fun to explain to parents (the dads always love it haha).
Weird how we're fine with recording teachers, but not police officers. LOL. The fact that you welcome the cameras shows that you see them as a way of protecting YOU, not as a way of catching you. Glad to hear about male teachers in grades K-3. There is a distinct lack of diversity amongst teachers in elementary school generally, and it seems especially evident with the younger children. I don't think there are any male teachers whatsoever currently teaching at my former elementary schools.
I don't think it's stigma per se, I think it's compensation. You have to be selfless to be a teacher because you're sure not getting rich doing it. Western society encourages boys and men to go after the highest paying job they can, because your income comprises a large part of your SMV. So if you're educated enough to become a teacher, you're educated enough to go into another field and actually make money. How's the old saying go? Those who can, do. Those who can't, teach?
@@Remianen I think it's a little bit of both. Men in general don't pick jobs like that not only due to pay, but also due to the hostility they receive from female dominated jobs like that. I taught kindergarten at a preschool for 11 years. The director once was an assistant under my sister so he gave me a chance when no one else would. Years after starting and after having a class where out of 15 kids, 13 were able to skip straight to the 2nd grade (if their parents wanted them to)… they decided to form a new class for the 4 year olds that were advanced to be combined with the kindergartners that were “slow”. After they asked me to lead that class, I realized that they all had “behavior problems” (they happened to be the hardest kids to deal with). Because I was a young Black male that “looked like [I] was in a gang”, they figured the kids would be to scared to act up with me. They were Wrong! The most common phrase I heard was, “my dad is bigger than you, he’ll beat you up”. Because I was so good at my job, I was able to respond “ya, maybe if he was around”.😆 When I moved to GA, I got hired the same day I applied at a preschool because I was a young Black male that happened to be from NM (that school started to get a lot of Latino kids). I don’t speak Spanish and can barely understand it. Then again, the owner was a Black guy so he appreciated the fact that mostly all my work experience was in child care and I had my 45 hour certification. Parents weren’t that comfortable with me at 1st, having long hair that was usually braided but once their kids started asking their moms if I could be their new dad… they warmed up to me.😄 It was a really fun job. Terrible pay but so much fun to walk into work and get hugs because you’re appreciated. I miss that line of work. My kids don’t understand because they think I’m mean when it comes to school work.

Dude she got batshit written all over it
the editing is amazing. When Aba said, "Shout out to all the white people with no upper lip, we appreciate yall" then the video cuts in and the girl says, "K"...I fell out laughing!
Let's go You Got Served... I'm so for Aba & Preach doing a video on 90s and 2000s music.
As a short girl, I relate so hard to not being able to touch the floor with your feet, so you just kick them in the air like a child 😂
As a straight man, I be sendin love to short girls yo, legs is great and all but damn girl short girls be perfect for huddlin and cuddlin

Girls like this are just my type
Short part not the pale part
That dancing dude had me thinkin bout Chris Rock: "He's spinnin nigga he's spinnin!"
I dig how the conversation goes from dating to Bring It On to Magoo/Timbaland and top 5 producers. Solid list too!
that male kindergarten teacher talk is exactly what happened to movie "The Hunt" (Mads Mikkelsen). I recommend you guys watch it.
She wagged her finger at her, and STILL got swiped left! 😂 The embarrassment, the shame, the pettiness after.
"pale is a sign of nobility and sickness, good for you", grateful for time zone differences, I can get to wake up to another Jubilee video
I passed out when Preach said “This is a play date.” 🤣🤣🤣
I- i- i-i - I life cheese
15:00 "that person is black, he not vaxed" lmfao fucking crying
That “oh Lord, guess who’s comin” energy was too accurate but it was mos def Timbaland not Magoo
Loving this vid. Not so much what you were watching, but the energy and laughter you guys have when on form, love it.
2:52 funniest laugh I ever heard besides Kawhi Leonard 😭😭😭
Preach's jukebox energy was so 🥶
I really like how you can find fun stuff without being disrespectful to the person.
The ''shout out to all the white people without an upper lip'', had me almost spit out my coffee 🤣🤣🤣💀
I'd like for it to be noted that the reason the dance moves are so awkward sometimes in Bring it On is because they are cheerleaders
Cheer moves are different from regular dancing I don't know the science of it but I've had cousins that were in cheer and they can only do certain moves before it's just a dance team and not a cheer team.
First, GREAT analysis of movies and music absolutely 10/10 gentlemen. Second, I freaking died at Aba’s safe space face. Just amazing 👏🏽
The You Got Served reenactment is SENDING MEEEEE
Ngl I was having a shitty day, mentally & physically, but 5 minutes into this video I feel a 100%... Laughter & good energy is the best medicine for anything, right next to marijuana.
This is the first one that actually looked like they would make a good couple. They got that strong doofy girl energy.
Nope
😆😆😆
LORD!!! Those are the five Kage's of Music producers!!
As soon as Preach said: “bring it back, let me show you something” I knew I was about to laugh. I didn’t expect to laugh that hard though.
"Yo shout to the white people with no upper lips"
Me looking at my mom: Hey you know what we black right...so why you have no upper lip.
DJ premier, very underrated producer. Never got a bad track from him
Loved the fact that he never used hooks, just vocal scratches of past songs.
8:24 You Got Served is still incredible.
"Sonny sold us out!" That line still upsets and invigorates.
i think she has a taste... almost all ppl she chose aren't overweight or even big. Women closer to her own size but a bit larger than her. Men taller and pretty faced over manly men.
I don’t get it.. why a taller but pretty. If ur attracted to Masculine features which is being tall why wouldn’t u be attracted to other masculine features
This is becoming more and more of a trend. Just look at how popular K-pop is.
@@incognitojon902 You can be attracted to one type of feature and not be attracted to others. Also height isn't really seen as masculine or feminine unless it's super tall and super tall guys aren't automatically seen as more masculine.
@@incognitojon902 Since when is height associated with masculinity?!! 🤔 Maybe she just like being the small spoon in a relationship.
Judging by her demeanor, my guess is that she would like dominant people, stronger than her, and who tells her what to do in most scenarios.
6:56 video had me dying ngl, but tell me that the guy 7:24 saying "I'm still recording" did NOT sound like Aba and I've got a beach in the Bahamas to sell you lol
A: "I got my Moderna"
B: "Niiiiice. I got my Pfeizer"
A: "Cooool"
I guess it was inevitable that this shit becomes a sort of an ice breaker in a conversation. LOL
Its So lame lol
Only on social sheep. No way I'm doing this
@@lukewood2662 ok buddy
Just the worst lol
