결국 오늘 아침 일어나자 마자 비빔밥 시켜 먹었어요😭
근데 웬걸 비빔밥 영상이라니 맘이 통했어요ㅎㅎ 😍😍

우와 산채 비빔밥 계란후라이 참기름 고추장 깨소금 모든 나물을 직접해서 하면 더 맛있어요.음식 솜씨가 정말 좋은데요👍👍👍👍👍🥚🥚🥚🥒🥒
I would love a list of your favorite seasoning and sauces. I am very new to the Korean pallet and would love to explore more. Thank you for showing the young how easy cooking fresh at home can be. Also, I love the face you make when you are taste testing. Your joy in food is positively addictive!
Okay, I've been trying to figure out what stuff is in here (not really sure of the brand tho cus I can't read hangul yet)
but these are common pastes and stuff I see often on her videos
- gochukaru (korean chilli powder i think)
- garlic powder
- sesame oil + sesame seeds, best way to garnish anything and everything
- gochujang paste
- doenjang paste (the brown lid, basically fermented soy too. it tastes a bit more fermented than gochujang without the chili smell tho)
- jjajang paste or some similar premix for it, used in noodles dishes (this one is made of black bean)
- bulgogi sauce
- the green version of a paste, i forgot what property this one holds, seems to be made of green pepper/chili tho
- something like a cooking fructose syrup that's used to even out the fermented taste of your other spices. it usually comes in clear bottles, color seems transparent to yellow-ish like maple.
for noodles dishes like udon, ramyun and the like. it's hard to go wrong! they use somewhat similar ingredients in Japanese and Chinese noodles. stuff similar to chili oil, gyozas, dumplings, fish cakes, tteok/rice cakes, also miso and common noodle toppings like seaweed, eggs... scallion too!
then these are recommended substitutes for certain sauces i aint sure about (they dont necessarily pop up in hamzy's videos), and not gonna say these are authentic for korean cooking yeye.
- oyster soy sauce (its salty and umami-ish)
- worcestershire sauce
- fish sauce
- salty soy sauce (the sweet version exists, be careful! yeheyeheyehe)
- dashi stock, miso or something to start a broth with if you need a fast meal. im not sure if theres korean version of this product cus i see it more often in Japanese cooking.
- MSG powder like ajinomoto or the like, it looks like salt but has softer granules. asian market should have it
- kimchi starter. idk if this is common, but where i live they have like pre-packed stuff to dissolve into water and chinese cabbage. they taste WAY saltier than authentic kimchi tho :(
