@@GuvXIV guvna you have to learn the steve gattling gun wall combo it gives juicy extra damage than compared to only doing gattling gun at wall. Its 2,1 hold b and then when in flicker duck i to gattling gun.
Jin/Kazuya main here. Honestly speaking, i feel like people are quite overreacting with Jin. He's literally the main character of this franchise/world so ofcourse he has to be strong that would only make sense(Kazuya isn't a much better case if we are being honest here, shit imo Kazuya is worse💀 dudes a absolute nightmare I've seen it, experienced it, been through it and caused it) especially when you've got all these Drags, Bryans, Yoshis, Asukas, Lilis, Hwoarangs, Xiaoyus, Fengs, Pauls, Kings and Ninas etc running around here some of the most anti-Tekken characters. Jin is a absolute DEMON but he's true to the Tekken 8 gameplay... some of these other characters are straight up just cheating for a W
@@yeehawidv4618 his prowess is still below 225k so he onlys gets matched with below 200k prowess 95% of the time. Once you get Tekken king you get around 225k. He still faces blue ranks with 190k prowess. These are not real blue rank level players smh. Playing 10 characters and still having a low prowess is possible below Tekken king lol.

After 3 days, I am far, far stronger with Claudio than I ever was after months with Steve. Also one thing that's been working out for me is doing manual peakaboo D2 after landing a heat engager. Move is slow as molasses and I'm in blue ranks too so I thought people would be ducking and reacting but literally no one does lmao. After I do that twice then I go for manual peakaboo DF2
@@peterchase2224 Steve is not weak he just requires more skill. The hardest character to rank up imo. On the other hand Claudio is easy to get high ranks compared to Steve.
@@cbimz I still think it's a problem that even if you put in the time to become a top Steve, you're still weaker than a top Claudio, who is also a mid tier. So much effort for so little payoff. Same issue DJ has right now but imo Steve has it worse.

Don't think under any circumstances, ok, this is unacceptable in Tekken 8.You have two super attacks in the game, so use them super often.And remember never retreat always attack. The Germans retreated and lost World War II. Don't be like them attack. This will take you out of the blue ranks. Ps Did I mention you have to attack?

That's a wild take nothing wrong With useing Power crush Especially in tekken 8 it beats alot of Options shuts down alot offensive Play and can even be Used to Play ur - frames to make them think again if they take thier turn back at minor plus frames and as u can see it works why wouldn't He Do it
You need to learn your max damage combos there was so many times you could have killed or gotten way more damage. That helps so much you’re a good player. And since you side step a lot you should learn his back combos even the simple some so way more damage than 1+2 Steve’s a lot better than everyone’s thinks 👍

yeah it's crazy, i switch to claudio too.. took me a few weeks to adjust but i went SOOOO much far compared i was w steve in the same time frame..

@fatalishuntinghorn powercrushes are too good in this game. Steve has the worst powercrush in the game and i still use it A LOT
