Wow this is an impressive, realistic save. Thanks for sharing Kederk! Your patience for these complex systems is impressive. I keep my stuff simple. haha
You have another pump which you can use to pump the slurry from the trigger point to the mobile tank. The container would be better if its not close to a slurry pit and you cart with tankers to fill up the container. (BTW the water is used in fs22 to prevent the pump from damaging but in real life the point of the water is to thin out the slurry so it pumps easier through the hoses.)
Growing up our neighbors had a hog farm and they had a giant slurry canon. It was basically just a big lawn sprinkler that they would put in the middle of their fields and pump the slurry out to it. There would be a big arc of slurry flying hundreds of feet through the air. Oh man did you hope you were up wind when they were doing that.
The PU100 and the PU300 are just pumps. The Compressor is only just, irl, for cleaning out the hoses. There should be a indicator in the Menu that says:"Hose is plugged to XX%". Thats the only pourpose for Water. And keeps the damage low on pumps i think.
Park tank & pump near building. Haven’t seen much about this, but this all seems off.. irl it’s pump out of pit straight to field.. using the tanks seem to reverse point of drag lining…
Typically what you would do for drag line is you go from say the southwest corner to the north east and then you work parallel to either side of the line then it’s out of your way😊
Hi I did 5his professionally for 10 years, we used holding tanks and lay the pipes level to edge of field, the working pipe was 200m once you got a large arc, we would connect another 200m working pipe up to a total of 1000m pulling more than 200m risked pulling an end out and too big of an arc on the working pipe risked the pipe twisting, but I am very impressed with the look of the dlc
Yes very much also when getting to end of field you need to lift and pull pipe forward a a few feet then reverse turn to create a loose loop so you can turn easy back down the next line, hope this helps great video
OMG $25.00 Canadien dollars am sorry but you have to be a foui to pay for that DLC Creative Mesh is trying to get rich with one DLC seriously man . Farming simulator is base on having fun not getting rich .

Oh interesting, beats having to run a slurry tank I suppose!

Agreed would really have liked a pump placeable. I wonder how hard it would be to make one... :)
Cool pumps and hoses
I normaly run gea tank, but this is nice and open up for better slurry handling.
I do truly mean this in a nice way. Before showing a dlc maybe watch a couple videos on it so your more knowledgeable. Keep up the good content.

Yeah I'm going to have to definitely pay more attention when we get enough slurry to make more than a few rounds.
Could it be that the larger tank would fill up first, if you fill with slurry first rather than water?
I believe I tried that with no success
@@KederkFarms Oh well, then it’s clearly a bug. Hope they get that patched soon - if they haven’t already

Thanks for the info! You could definitely simulate that with this DLC

Very good DLC, considering someone who has RL experience with these systems is impressed! :)
Can you do a full series on the pumps and hoses dlc? I am not sure if I want to spend the money on it yet.
Yeah I'll try and put together a more detailed review. It's rather expensive.
@@KederkFarms yes I now.thank you that will help me decide
If you pre order do you get it straight away or do you have to wait still pls can someone tell me thanks
Still have to wait till it releases next week
Ok thank you
what mods are you using?
Water or a compressor will reduce maintenance damage of pump equipment
I need this map on console. I live 5 minutes from Farmville NC
Not gonna come to console 😂
use wider tires cuz these pizza cutters arent good for the ground
Is that new Holland on console?
No, I don't think that it is.
@@KederkFarms ok thanks. Great video by the way
