Bummer that this compilation didn't include any of this postseason's plays. "The eclipse" in game 4, the "valley oop" in game 5 were two of the most incredible plays I've ever seen, maybe the greatest block I've ever seen in regards to the former. Oh and his spin move layup against the Hawks in game 2 was Jordan-esque. Those would be 1-3 on this list for sure.
As you said Jordan-esque! There are those times, that he reminds me of Jordan a lot! He is the new Air-Giannis!!! Man flies litteraly and instead of people enjoing what he puts every single night that he plays, they complain, that he doesn't play like a soft guy, hitting threes all the time... People! Get over it, HE IS GREAT one of the greatest EVER, without having to be SOFT. Let him be HARD, as nature made him to be!!!
@@greekveteran2715 At times when he dunks a couple of feet from the basket behind a wall of players he reminds me of the final scene in Jordans Space jam where Michael's hand lengthens to dunk the ball. His hands are so long that seem that way, I think a lot of defenders try to post up to Yiannis where they think that a dunk is not possible but Yiannis dunks it anyway and that is why they all look so confused after, they didn't think he would reach the rim.
I haven’t watched basketball for a very long time because Jordan retired until the Greek freak shows up and basketball is here to stay and entertained again! Dunking all over everyone and it feels like back in the old days!

Giannis is a monster and could very well be the best player in the world BUT, in order for you to make any judgment with your opinion you have to check out Kevin Durant. I’m assuming you know who Lebron is and stuff but KD is definitely one of if not the best player in the nba. If Giannis develops more of his game shooting wise and post up wise then he could definitely take that thrown. So yea you should watch Kevin Durant highlights. Preferably a more recent video so they show new stuff as well as older stuff as well. Absolutely love the reaction. I’ll be looking forward to your other vids coming up.

Giannis is amazing. Great reaction! He's not a great shooter, but he's not afraid to shoot and sometimes he gets hot. He REALLY needs to figure out his free throw routine, though. I think it's just bc he takes forever to shoot them. Once he figures that out, though? That "and him to the point" tactic late in games goes right out the window
Giannis is perhaps the best athlete at his size this league (of freakish athletes) has every seen!! The difficulty of some of the moves in this video go unappreciated because Giannis has made the extraordinary look routine. He's feats of athleticism place him so high above anyone else that his only limitations will revolve around how good an outside shooter he becomes. When defenders have to respect is outside shot then he will be truly unstoppable. He should win many more championships and vie for all time top 10 spot for sure and maybe even top 5 before he's done. I remember seeing Giannis as a unpolished skinny 18 year old kid. The NBA scours the world to find guys like that. Most have freakish height but average skill and limited athleticism. I don't many people can honestly see that that skinny, raw kid possessed the motivation and self belief to transform himself into the specimen we see today! Giannis' athleticism is next level and we are truly witnessing one the worlds greatest athletes. A 6'11 chiseled freak!!! Sorry man, but between LeChina James, weak assed Adam Silver, BLM, and all the woke stuff I just can't watch NBA anymore. Those millionaires are just too oppressed for me.
Giannis is just an absolute beast. It’s sad other NBA players can’t give him respect because he isn’t American. They say next face of the NBA and I agree. I am a Golden State Warriors fan since the early 2000s, and think Steph Curry deserves more say than given, but Giannis puts it in your face with those nuts-in-face dunks.
boy, you are naive Gannis winning a championship for the team that drafted him won't change anything. You don't understand The Bucks became a well-run organization that is why Giannis stayed. They weren't a good organization which is why they got Giannis in the first place. Players won't stay on a shitty team that drafted them if little or no progress is made towards winning. That is why players link up and form super teams to win. Lastly, through Draft, trade, and/or free agency, the vast majority of NBA champions are super teams.
I’m not sure if that home-grown narrative works, considering the fact that the 3 biggest favorites - the Lakers, Clippers and Nets- all suffered catastrophic injuries in the playoffs. In any other year, the Bucks would have never made it to the finals. Same with the Suns. Lakers we’re in command of that series until Anthony Davis went down.
@@uninterruptedrhythm4104 no denying that, but the fact that a Brit who’s new to basketball knows that narrative tells us that lots of people care. Do you honestly think that the Bucks and Suns would have made the playoffs if the Lakers, Nets, Nuggets and Clippers weren’t absolutely decimated by injuries? Does this championship really disprove the notion that home-grown talent trumps building a team with major trades and free agent acquisitions? C’mon, get real. No one is saying the Bucks didn’t deserve it.
@@Perfectly_Cromulent351 it doesn't matter who would have made it because they were injured. Injuries, bad calls, social justice, pandemic, shortened season, family tragedy .... This is a game played in the real world- not fantasy land. The best team doesn't always get the chip. Managing injuries is part of it, and cannot be separated. The teams that were injured were largely dealing with injuries all season.
On the subject of the best way to win a chip- the most effective way is to get a group of all-stars who are willing to take reduced pay to play together. I think that is understood. For a small market team though, that's not usually an option. Kawhi and PG-13 aren't headed to Minnesota or OKC anytime soon. It is unlikely that Milwaukee would attract a free agent of Giannis' current status- this was great for them. No matter how you do it- there's no guarantee. If LeBron wasn't from Ohio, would Cleveland have their title? All you can do is put yourself in a position to compete for a title.
