Secondary SMG's have a TON of kick now, so you pretty much lose any fight over 10 feet because it's too hard to control. Only "viable" SMG sidearm is the C75 on Dokkaebi and Vigil, but it still has its flaws.
I see a lot of pros still use the smg11, it's still good at close range but I feel I might as well use the shotgun anyway if I'm fighting close. I just like having the medium range capabilities with the pistol.
I did a mag dump into a guy with the B9 started at his groin thinking recoil will make me finish with a headshot.......Nope finished looking at the roof then..... dead

You know what would be an interesting operator... a offensive operator that can set a sort of fake muzzle flash/shooting device that would act as a decoy to enemies, giving the player time to rotate positions and/or plant/secure hostage.
