I use the rear mini on my Ibis Ripley. I've never had a rock get in the linkage, a common problem on Ibis bikes, since I've started running the rear fender.

I have seen a few Santa Cruz bikes have chips in the paint from rocks getting stuck. A pretty easy solution and I think the fender looks pretty good too

Does it work either way the rock shock Judy fork?

The zip tie version will for sure. Not sure if the Judy has threaded holes for the bolt on.

    Nice video, thanks!
I have a Trek Roscoe 9, which one would you recommend for maximum protection, both front and back?

Depends on the fork you have. If you have a fox I would recommend the bolt on standard up front and the cable Ty max on the rear. The rear would likely have to be cut down a bit for a perfect fit,but it’s pretty easy

I can't understand these short plastic rubbish things ...how do they protect anything against mud, splas water etc??? Even they don't cover the tire... :D

The standard front works great. I have never had mud in my eyes. The rear is for keeping the linkage bearing clean

Are you dumb? They cover the part where mud flies off the tire so it doesn’t land in your face or suspension. What did you expect them to be made of metal? Plastic can stop some mud and water with no problem don’t understand what you’re thinking.
