It's interesting, a person must be moiser nefesh for oneself when it comes to murder, illicit relations, idol worship. But is it clearly stated for anyone else including oneself or does apply to the person itself, let say someone says worship this idol and I won't destroy this community or even another individual, are we even allowed to be moiser nefesh on others account. And another thought was that these acts those of Deborah and Esther were completely selfless, they were even willing to be moiser nefesh their olam haba for the safety of am Yisrael which is an act greater to that of Rabbi Akiva, because as great as Rabbi Akivas sacrifice was, he said I always wanted this mitzva to say the shma on kidush Hashem, but here Deborah and Esther weren't getting anything out of it in their mind at least,
