Hello. I have dell inspiron 3268 desktop. It powers on for a second then turns off. I took off smps and tried to manually short and test. It was pulsating as if trying to start. I cannot see any damaged component. Can you please assist where I should look for problem. Thanks.
Normally psu bist light blink everytime you plug the computer. Right. But now , i plug no sign of light anymore. (Dell 3060 sff psu) Bro how do know the power supply is dead. I try to test my psu, only psu motherboard and processor are intact. My psu is BIST BUTTON FREE. I remove the 4pin 8pin connector from the motherboard , then plug the psu. The Bist light glow for 3 second, i put back again, it won't glow. No sign of light, I try also psu test using paper clip method jamper black and green the psu bist light glow and the fan is spinning Is my motherboard is dead or my psu?
Resp Sir! Dell SPMS was Secondary Section Was not Out Put Sir. Which Problem Sir. and one a time Siries Lamp was Glowing Sir and again not Glowing sir.
