The world time feature will be useful if you need time references for different time zones, for example, if you're collaborating with programmers around the world, working in export/import, or travelling a lot. The time will change following the selected city. We'll need to change the city, and there's no need to adjust one by one. Hope this will answer :)

That's a good question, but I frankly don't have the answer. Although, maybe it has something to do with the concept that UTC is time, not a time zone :)
Not too sure why, but looks like you're still in the "AM" time. It has no indicator for "AM". And it will show "PM" after 12:00 noon up to 12:00 midnight.
Actually, there is no setting for the day of the week. We just need to set the date, month, and year correctly, and the clock will count the days (it is programmed until 2099). The day error usually occurs because the year is not set correctly (because many of us do not use the Gregorian calendar year :)

Calendar is automatic up to 2099.
And for 12H format, it will show the "PM" on the left side of the hour

It's automatic from the date setting. Just make sure to set the date, month, and year (sometime people forgot to set the year).

There's no option to lock the buttons. Anyway, you can try to wear it 1-2cm up further from the wrist joint.
