I was trying to catch a wild mama cat by my house i had her kittens and wanted to put her with them and take them to the Cat Cradle rescue here in NC but she got in and took the tin of tuna so we fooled her we poked a hole in the tin and wired that sucker in so she would try to pull it and push down on the trigger plate and guess what gotcha Mrs kitty! All safe vetted and fixed and loved. Love ya Gimme kiss.

Omar we had a lot of problems with bobcats, hawks and raccoons killing our chickens. The best bait is a can cat food don't put it in anything put it in the trap straight from the can. It falls apart they can't pull it through the trap like solid food. We used the gravy kind or pate if you use pate though you have to kind of chop it up so it isn't in a big hunk. Part of it seeps into the ground and the raccoons think there's still some there so they go in the cage. They are vicious so be careful.

Yeah, raccoons are hard as hell to relocate, and now he has learned how to avoid your traps. You may need to break out the 10/22. Make sure to use hollow points if you do use it.

Hey Omar, you have to put that racoon to rest. If you don't that racoon will come back again and again. The reason being he knows where the chickens are. It doesn't matter if you put him in another county, he will come back. So it is best to trap him and put it to rest. Just so you know.

I gotta tell ya raccoons r smart as hell. We used to have a pet raccoon for bout 8 yrs and he got taken from us from the game warden an he drove Rocky out bout 30-40 miles from our house an I kid u not 3 nites later bout 2 in the morning I heard something at out door I peeked out an Rocky found her way back an the game warden shows up the next day an decided that she was a pet cuz we rescued her from side of road when she was 6 wks old trying to feed off of her mama that had gotten killed by a car an he said since we raised her she wouldn't make it in the wild. I'd be more than happy to come to Florida an trap her an bring her back to Ohio.
