I've been your IG follower since forever. 😍 I've particularly loved watching your IG stories of your babies patato negroni and pocholo, how you use chia seeds in everything! 😅 And your workouts and painting sesh with kids! 😍 Lately, I've been collecting cups from different places. I've just started and I will forever be obsessed with your collections like the rustic mugs and that cute crystal mug where you mostly put in your chia and milo drinks and your chip mug who I saw couple times in your IG stories. I had a screenshot and used as my wallparer if you don't mind. 😊 .. and maybe that's how I take time for myself to reconnect. I go to places where I can marvel and bring back something to remind myself of how I felt during that visit. Life can sometimes stand still for me but once in a while I move just to remind myself I'm alive. I envy people who are on the move constantly. They are living. I'm from Mindanao and have been working here in Manila for 6 years. I visits Mindanao twice a year and more if there's a promo fare. When I'm at home it means that I should be really at home not just physically. I should reconnect with my hometown. Early morning walks, cook food for the family, invite friends over dinner and some karaoke, ukay ukay with your sisters, palengke with your dad, heart to heart talk with your mom, pay a visit to my old relatives, read novels and sleep a lot. Spending time with your friends and family is very important foe you health.
My boyf and I really look up to you two and would want to be this fun during our married life if ever we end up together 💛 u guys r the true #influencers

I always make sure to take at least an hour or two to disconnect and reflect every night before I sleep. I would always reflect and evaluate on what I did or what happened for the day and to think of ways how I can be a better person the next day. Breathing exercises or meditating also helps clear my mind and it helps so that I could focus more on things.
