Well there is a very low chance that you'll see this but here is anyway : I'm somewhat new to the Darkest Dungeon community, I had seen the game played by a french youtuber basically when it came out and it never struck me as a game I could play -I'm not good at games in general and usually dismiss games under the assumption that I will never make progress. Recently though, I discovered the app that -I hope- is made by the same people. Some sort of simpler version of the computer one with a different but still similar story. It sparked up an interest that only grew as I began enjoying the artstyle that had struck me the first time I saw footage of it. I ended up buying it and finding myself loving it even more and -to my surprise- not being that bad at it. I'm happy to see that most of the community still respects the lore of the game as they mod it! I'm glad I get to join it and thus join you in your mod discovery. I hope I'll be able to catch on some streams (and sorry for the long message ^^;)

Talking to Marvin about this comic, I didn't get any impression that abuse was an element of this story, but as you point out, it's a questionable an unethical situation much of the time and one wonders why the student broke bad -- and could easily have been in retaliation to feeling used.
Seems to me like the student had bad intentions in the first place and seduced the teacher. The first "spark" they have is literally the teacher looking at him with the same smile he has with other students and the student smiling back. The teacher ended up really loving him, shown by the tears... Even if he didn't have bad intentions at first, you can obviously see there's no love at all from the killing blow, which is totally different from their first interaction. Also, I don't remember having any relations with my teachers... Guess I'm doing it wrong if that's how it happens in our world... Just because someone's in a position of power, that doesn't mean they can't be the victim.
Great video, but I don't know if it was just me, but there is a really bad flicker that kept happening periodically throughout the video. I've watched it all the way through, but every I want to say 10 to 20 seconds the video would make a split second flick to black before running normally, and again. Just letting you know, it was difficult to keep focusing on it without getting a headache. Still glad to see this video! ;-;

If you have the Owlwing (aka Darkest Dungeon Not Batman), they work REALLY well together. Having them in the front line constantly setting up stuns, marks, and bleeds for each other makes them horrifyingly effective.
Bro you really should make a video about how to play the Homonculus. He's really interesting, considering how he shape shifts to use his own variants of other classes ability with different effects depending on which skill was used at the start of the battle. You essentially have to decide what his focus should be at the start of every fight and then work around that.
My my now this is a surprise, i was so caught up with Sekiro and the new's of the final Enter the Gungeon update that i fully missed this new Mod, it feel's that this ones release is at a perfect timing along side both the Sunward Isles mod and Sekiro, and looks cool to boot. Anyway's on to request's: Omen Seeker and Sunward Isles
Is it just me who thinks that the student should've become the wraith? To me it makes a lot more sense with him being the heartless cold killer from the description. Plus the description of him becoming a husk of a man could be because he actually loved his master, but a contract is a contract and he had to carry it through to the end. Cool character, well thought out, fantastic art and background story, but that's just my opinion.
No mention on the fact he has a DOUBLE STUN WITH NO DRAWBACK? Compared to visage on the seraph, and yawp on helion, not to mention this hits 2/3 which is arguably better than 1/2 (can hit a higher value target stress caster backline target), and not having a drawback, this makes him 100% a stunner for my comps. Not sure how the DLC changes things, but wow this guy is busted good with 3 stun moves. Super consistent with stun chance buffs.
I recognize one of the other hero classes in the background, are you going to be doing a showcase of the homunculus? I'm actually interested in learning more about it.

If you're playing the game through Steam, you'll want to make sure you're using the "coming_in_hot_beta" patch, which doubles resource allocation for modding. Right Click on Darkest Dungeon in your steam library-->Properties-->Betas--Select Coming In Hot Beta Branch.

Holy hell, Incarcerate is DAMN GOOD. Pulls forward the most dangerous targets usually, has a good chance to stun them, then you'll probably have your first slot nail the shit out of them and your third and fourth slot bleed/blight it if possible, barring a mark or something so when it tries to run, it instead puts itself in position for other nasty moves, like with Arbalest or BH. God, that's amazing.
Great class as usual. But his camp skills need more tweaks. In light all exept heartless are useless, In the dark all exept "+15 damage vs human" a op. And this vs human skill plain useless, even vs mostly human enemies.
Man i love the kusagirama is such a cool weapon, but its offen shown use incorrectly you dont throw the part with the scythe, the heavy ball on the other end is the part that gets thrown and its quite lethal, the scythe part is for close range atacks, speacially if you manage to tied an oponents leg or weapon with the other end. Ok not that it dosent look cool here, i dont spect realism in an eldritch horror setting.
I've only seen it in nioh where it's used just as you say. Also it's just common sense I mean throwing the scythe accurately would be hell to get right

I play this in a mark+bleed group and it's incredibly good. I went with Healer with mark/Hound Master/Wraith/Flagellant.

Holy hell, Incarcerate is DAMN GOOD. Pulls forward the most dangerous targets usually, has a good chance to stun them, then you'll probably have your first slot nail the shit out of them and your third and fourth slot bleed/blight it if possible, barring a mark or something so when it tries to run, it instead puts itself in position for other nasty moves, like with Arbalest or BH.

the wraith is my most favorite male character design in DD.
Great class as usual. But his camp skills need more tweaks. In light all exept heartless are useless, In the dark all exept "+15 damage vs human" a op. And this vs human skill plain useless, even vs mostly human enemies.
Man i love the kusagirama is such a cool weapon, but its offen shown use incorrectly you dont throw the part with the scythe, the heavy ball on the other end is the part that gets thrown and its quite lethal, the scythe part is for close range atacks, speacially if you manage to tied an oponents leg or weapon with the other end. Ok not that it dosent look cool here, i dont spect realism in an eldritch horror setting.
I've only seen it in nioh where it's used just as you say. Also it's just common sense I mean throwing the scythe accurately would be hell to get right
