I never owned a watch. I always wanted to have one but a good one, something of value and like you said I wanted to really earn it, work for it. Kapiel, my fate forced me to renounce to things I got attached to, like my appartment, my career, etc etc The first ones, especially the big ones hurt. Thankfully I already realised before loosing the first one that I think was my appartment that I so loved, I had a friend who was so obsessed about a book written on how to attact money. I started to read it because she insisted it's so good, and I gave her back after the first 10 pages, I just felt it's boring. And I realised at that time that I'm actually not obsessed about money. I mean, money is important to have of course, but it's kinda good thing when you don't want to sell your soul for it, isn't it? I'm not an astrologist, so I can't tell exactly which points in my chart show it, (I have Ketu in 11th house, Rahu in 5th house for example) - sometimes I realised that when I don't chase money, the amount that I need will come, sometimes even more. Attracting money for example in my horoscope means working hard. You can do any tricks you want, if that is not your path. Related to the obsession about time and watches, well, I kinda feel the same like in the situation I just mentioned. I recall words of Einstein about time: that time is just an expression mankind created because for the human mind is impossible to grasp that EVERYTHING IS HAPPENING IN THE SAME TIME :-) What is more, it is several times and very strongly demonstrated in physics now, in quantum physics that we are creating our own reality with our thoughts :-) Well I still believe that we are reincarneted to this "time and space" with a purpose and with a karma that we draw with us and positive and negative karma that we create on the way. To be not too attached to anything, I guess that's the right thing to do, and to not forget that we are eternal souls, part of God's endless, limitless creative energy :-) I actually love watches too (I unfortunately can't afford to collect them), but they are nothing but beautiful accessories in my eyes :-) However, I love your philosophy and I watched your video just because you always wear them and I was really curious what's behind it. I like this vid, I used to love wearing watches in school days those swatch and timex pieces with analog and digital mix, then the hobby kinda died, but in 2017 the hobby started again when I came across a few mechanical HMT pieces and impulsively I bought the classic Janata dial and Art Deco dial first in Oct 2017, now I own 18 HMTs classy ones. 38mm small dials, and coincidentally this video is of 2017.;). And yes wearing a watch everyday does make a lot of difference to my work schedule and daily life matters.

I've been wearing a wristwatch since I was 4 years old and it is the first thing I put on before everything else every morning after shower. I also have clocks on walls at home and office. I have Saturn in the 1st house and I am an Aquarius Sun and Moon, Mars and Mercury in Capricorn. Time is everything. I love Saturn.

My father in law is a collector of watches..all kinds. My sons godfather is a jeweler as well. Buuut- Ive never cared for wearing watches..never liked the way it felt on my wrist. I do wear bracelets, even wear one in particular every day-which holds sentimental value. Watches aren't for me, though I appreciate the mechanics of it. I always wear a solar powered watch that glows in the dark. I have 4 watches but my great grandpa's one is the best, it has the perfect tick, it soothes me 🤤 Hamilton Thin-o-matic. He got it for 30 years of service to his company and is engraved as such...irreplaceable. The most cherished/newest one is an hand painted astronomy one my sister bought for me since I'm in love with astrology. :P

Mahina LāKai I see your point I agree to some extent in the sense that live according to now and don't concern your self with what happened before or what will happen. Pretty much life is unexpected. However we need to use time to guide us to be organised, manage our resources and able to make sense of time . As we age year by year it's a reflection of time which can not be ignored we are guided by time and have to use it wisely or we will regret it . As the Arabic saying goes '' Time is like a sword if you don't cut it will cut you '' don't waste time and be mindful of how you use it as a human being we have a limited amount of time in this earth every second counts .

My silly motto since I was young was "Time is gold." I kept thinking that it's the easiest to remember that's why I stuck with it. I place high value in my sleeping time. Kapiel, my fate forced me to renounce to things I got attached to, like my appartment, my career, etc etc The first ones, especially the big ones hurt. Thankfully I already realised before loosing the first one that I think was my appartment that I so loved, I had a friend who was so obsessed about a book written on how to attact money. I started to read it because she insisted it's so good, and I gave her back after the first 10 pages, I just felt it's boring. And I realised at that time that I'm actually not obsessed about money. I mean, money is important to have of course, but it's kinda good thing when you don't want to sell your soul for it, isn't it? I'm not an astrologist, so I can't tell exactly which points in my chart show it, (I have Ketu in 11th house, Rahu in 5th house for example) - sometimes I realised that when I don't chase money, the amount that I need will come, sometimes even more. Attracting money for example in my horoscope means working hard. You can do any tricks you want, if that is not your path. Related to the obsession about time and watches, well, I kinda feel the same like in the situation I just mentioned. I recall words of Einstein about time: that time is just an expression mankind created because for the human mind is impossible to grasp that EVERYTHING IS HAPPENING IN THE SAME TIME :-) What is more, it is several times and very strongly demonstrated in physics now, in quantum physics that we are creating our own reality with our thoughts :-) Well I still believe that we are reincarneted to this "time and space" with a purpose and with a karma that we draw with us and positive and negative karma that we create on the way. To be not too attached to anything, I guess that's the right thing to do, and to not forget that we are eternal souls, part of God's endless, limitless creative energy :-) I actually love watches too (I unfortunately can't afford to collect them), but they are nothing but beautiful accessories in my eyes :-) However, I love your philosophy and I watched your video just because you always wear them and I was really curious what's behind it. Whenever something is so important or gives joy, playfulness in life, I think that is valuable, as you said, it adds value to things, to the time you spend here on this planet. God bless you!

I like this vid, I used to love wearing watches in school days those swatch and timex pieces with analog and digital mix, then the hobby kinda died, but in 2017 the hobby started again when I came across a few mechanical HMT pieces and impulsively I bought the classic Janata dial and Art Deco dial first in Oct 2017, now I own 18 HMTs classy ones. 38mm small dials, and coincidentally this video is of 2017.;). And yes wearing a watch everyday does make a lot of difference to my work schedule and daily life matters.

I've been wearing a wristwatch since I was 4 years old and it is the first thing I put on before everything else every morning after shower. I also have clocks on walls at home and office. I have Saturn in the 1st house and I am an Aquarius Sun and Moon, Mars and Mercury in Capricorn. Time is everything. I love Saturn.

My father in law is a collector of watches..all kinds. My sons godfather is a jeweler as well. Buuut- Ive never cared for wearing watches..never liked the way it felt on my wrist. I do wear bracelets, even wear one in particular every day-which holds sentimental value. Watches aren't for me, though I appreciate the mechanics of it. Whats funny is I am usually late for everything everyday! ! lol..time does go fast and I understand the importance of valuing time.💖

I always wear a solar powered watch that glows in the dark. I have 4 watches but my great grandpa's one is the best, it has the perfect tick, it soothes me 🤤 Hamilton Thin-o-matic. He got it for 30 years of service to his company and is engraved as such...irreplaceable. Mahina LāKai I see your point I agree to some extent in the sense that live according to now and don't concern your self with what happened before or what will happen. Pretty much life is unexpected. However we need to use time to guide us to be organised, manage our resources and able to make sense of time . As we age year by year it's a reflection of time which can not be ignored we are guided by time and have to use it wisely or we will regret it . As the Arabic saying goes '' Time is like a sword if you don't cut it will cut you '' don't waste time and be mindful of how you use it as a human being we have a limited amount of time in this earth every second counts .

Interesting. I am a scientist but also I’m an astrologer ( a hobby for me) and my moon is chitra, rahu is magha, ketu is danista, is it a good idea for me to wear watches? I can afford any kind, even Rolex. I love them but never got into them as an adult, just had a while bunch of swatch watches as a kid and it was fashion back then. I just don’t wear anything on me. Not my habit. Barely wear jewellery but I do have them. Just for weddings or serious parties.

People can agree to disagree. I'm not sure why but I didn't resonate with this video. Ever since my awakening started in 2012, I have felt more and more that time is an illusion. I do realize and value the time I have on this planet but for some reason I am no longer attached to time that is why I don't feel that wearing a watch has meaning. Your perspective in wearing a watch is valid but I feel that a watch is just another materialistic thing on this planet that our ego is attached to. As you rise up in spirituality, you will no longer find your self attached to your things even if it's an expensive watch that once had great value and meaning to you.

When you are done meditating do you know how much time has passed by without looking at your clock? Time is an attachment. Just like everything else in our lives. In our modern society we have to give time more importance since our entire society does things based off of what time it is during the day. Yes, time matters but I think what spiritual folks are trying to say is that time starts to FEEL like an illusion once your ego dies.

For example, I can be sitting at my desk at work and feel like time is an illusion because my awareness has shifted to the present moment. After an awakening, you start to become more fully aware of the present moment. Your awareness is so into the present moment that you have no thoughts about the past and future therefore, time dissapears. This is why people are saying 'time is an illusion'.
