I read an article in Inside Kung Fu about Louis and his training. I wish I still had the magazine. I remember him talking about how “electric” he felt in an “invincible” way.

It's just square tubing wrapped with layers of ducts tape, and he said that wrecking ball was wrapped with carpet and duct tape
