*fixed mine by*
1. cleaning the case and the metal
2. throwing my pods many times but not too hard. also the case i dropped it many times.
3. i placed my pods back by pressing it down in the case for minutes. (hard pressed)
4. i charged it with original charger for 2 hours. and then it worked! hope that helps

Every time i connect it the volume is pass the half way point but disconnect them and connect seem to be at half and not a loud as the other EarPods and AirPods are clean.

I’m having problems with it where the sound isn’t coming from the main area of the earbud(which is low even at Max volume but coming from the side normally. What am I supposed to do?
It is probably a manufacturing defect, you should return them to the Apple service under warranty.

Ok so my right airpod can't function anymore there was no sound but surely it still charging and connectable, I followed your instructions and there were no red lights after the white lights, just green lights. I'm desperate now 😞
Hey, I found that something similar had happened with my left airpod. The problem for me was that it was just dirty. try taking a q-tip and cleaning the speaker (black mesh) of the airpod, maybe cover the q-tip very lightly with 90% or higher isopropyl alcohol if you have it and clean it. After trying sucking in on the speaker part to try to remove things on it.
If your AirPods aren't dirty, maybe that's not the case, and this won't work for you.

If the hard reset didn't help then take advantage of the Apple warranty, it is possible your AirPod is factory defective

I really need your help. So my girlfriend just recently bought me an Airpods 3 as a christmas gift and then for the first few days (probably a day or two) they were working perfectly fine with my iPhone 11 Pro and my MacBook Pro 2019 16” but two days ago when I was watching a film on my MacBook, it suddenly stopped for like a split second and then it went back up again and this thing constantly happens every 20 minutes or so when i’m watching something. Take not that this only happens when i’m watching but for other stuff I don’t really have a problem with it. I hope you can help me.
