The only thing stopping me from making millions is capital. I spent $50k of my own money on my patent and product development. Then covid slowed my money down. I’m currently on search for business grant to complete this project. Any insight or suggestions on where I could get $2 million grants. I’m very certain my product will be in high demand once I get it on the market.

In Psychology, positive reinforcement is adding something desirable and negative reinforcement is taking something perceived as undesirable away. "Positive" and "negaitive" don't automatically have the same connotation as "good" or "bad".❤
If you are adding something unwanted, this can be seen as positive punishment. If you are taking away something wanted it can be seen as negative punishment. Positive and negative reinforcement and punishment are all about the addition or subtraction of things that are desirable or undesirable to a person or animal.

The real secret to making millions is hiring people whom are passionate and skilled at what you hate. All this talk about positive reinforcement and stuff is nice but that isn't it. The SECRET is to delegate what you suck at so you can strengthen your position and focus on what you're great at. If you create a product of value, you can be the biggest a-hole on Earth and still bank if your product or service meets the needs of the majority.
There are 8 billion people on the planet, everyone is replaceable and ai just made that easier than ever. Someone wants to walk out because you spoke sternly to them ... go ahead ... Just look at what happen with all the fast food jobs when people started demanding $ 25/ hr to flip burgers.

The value they bring to teach business concepts makes it worth it. The cursing doesn't exactly add value to the content, so if she's willing to cut it back, then that would be great. Either way, I'll continue to use their content to teach my kiddo business education in her curriculum. There's always a trade off. Besides, why would I not use two of the best business teachers to teach my child? What a ridiculous thing to say.
