Honestly find a comp you like and are consistently successful with, test different positioning and itemization in Normal Games and force that most of games unless you get an insane start for something else. Usually works decent for me, even with every game having at least 2-3 Wintraders and me 100% getting screwed on RNG
At first you run a good chosen and you play around it Then with the items you get you start looking for a good comp without forcing it too hard, around level 7 you start getting the "good" comp in and at 8 you hard send it By the way if you don't get a good chosen at the begging the best you can do is focus on economy cause you know you're going to lose anyway There's this guy called Bebe872, which is like a God in tft, he's so good at switching comps like is nothing, if you're interested you can check his videos
