I get what you mean re doing your own makeup versus an Mua doing it. I think one of the main points is the amount of makeup we use. So on yourself you don’t layer on the makeup like a mua. That makes a huge difference. We get alot of negative comments when ppl se the amount of foundation used etc but that is the key. Obviously you need to know what to do with it too lol. Salaam I think most can work on oily skin. Use a primer for oily skin first. Charlotte Tilbury, Nars , Huda Beasts all fab 😊

You can use any to be honest, primer wise it depends what you need it to do for your skin. A general primer that is good is Laura Mercier veil primer ❤
