Brady Bunch, Mission Impossible and Mannix featured cars in their closing credits from the Chevrolet Motor Division and Chrysler Corporation.
A lot of nice old Chevys
1:55 '63 or '64 chevy p/u 2:02 directly behind them: '61 Chevy Impala, next to that a 1st gen Corvair the gold car a '62-'65 ChevyII and the red car way in the back is a '63 Impala.3:00 '65 Chevelle wagon and in the background a yellow '68 Chevelle..4:21 It's that red Impala again! Also a '65 Chevy wagon and a '68 Chevy. 4:56 that '62 Buick special leading the way is very cool.5:01 just for giggles the car sorta behind the yellow chevy is a '57 Pontiac6:18 WOW11:24 ok I have 2 point out 2 cool cars in the background: a early '60's Rambler and behind it a '61 Studebaker lark.11:35 nice '66 or '67 Mercury Caliente.11:37 &11:46 I wondered why the switch to Pontiac and I remembered the '70's introduction was delayed by an auto workers strike.12:32 how cool is that? See kids electric cars are nothing new.14:23 well as much as you can speed off in a Corvair! Back when shows were associated with cars, Beverly Hillibillies MOPAR Andy Griffith Ford, and yes even Bonanza had huge ties to the bow tie. Great job Fusion Kidd! I appreciate the work(and research) that goes into these videos.
@@richardrice8076 Thanks for filling in the gaps, I was hoping somebody would. I appreciate it!
@@FusionKidd you're welcome. I was afraid you'd think I was trying to show you up.
Don't forget Mr. Ed sponsor (Studebaker), & I Dream Of Jeanie (Pontiac), & The Man From UNCLE ( Chevrolet ).
Unsafe At Any Speed !!
@@FusionKiddnow we need hazel. My three sons leave it to beaver mannix. Mission impossible. Fbi
I loved how Bewitched had all new Chevs , I did not care for the style of the 67 Impalas and the 70 , the rest were great . It is the first time ,I saw a Rolls Royce with fender skirts .
1:30 June Lockhart - Lost in Space, 1:38 Jerry Mathers as The Beav.
Not Jerry, that is his younger brother Jimmy, who had a brief acting career of his own.
The cars are great! But I'm totally impressed by the incredible voice actors. The woman sounds just like Elizabeth Montgomery and the man sounds just like Dick York. I'm wondering if the voice actors had been searched for. Or if we have technology now that can replicate voices from a sampling?
All very fine cars
That was a good video
It's called Product Placement,GM behind this,it's a win-win.
One scene not shown here was from the Season 6 episode "Santa Comes for a Visit and Stays and Stays:" Larry is driving a yellow 1969 Corvette Stingray C3 with a 427 V-8 (and the 427 callout on the hood is clearly visible)...and in the same episode, Darrin pulls up in a silver 1970 Impala convertible to encounter Larry, Santa and his elves on the front lawn
On I Dream of Jeannie they drove Pontiacs. Bonnevilles, Catalinas, Firebirds etc. Love those classic Gm cars.
love all the background shots of Warner ranch....some really missed IE the New York facades are in the background on a lot of the car shots..sad that it is no longer.
Born July 1966 , so I had to see what was going on then.
Beautiful car beautiful colors! 15:02 Where is the 1967 427 Corvette conv. now?
Look at the row of convertibles at the 9 minute mark
I wonder if Chevrolet was a sponsor of the program? lol
Love the cars in many tv shows back then.
How did you get Darin to narrate
Corvairs every where,be still my heart. Oh I forgot I have some.
Both Endora and Catwoman stole that Rector Mach 2. 😂
