I’m so relieved I’m not the only one who likes a fitted cowl instead of a drapey one! Gorgeous!

Erika Riojas of course, the purpose for it is to keep your neck warm 😊

I don’t like a draping cowl either!!! It’s very nice to know there are others of the same mind on it😊
    Thank You so much🌹❣️

Thank you for taking the time to make and teach these videos. I made your twisted cowl from the other video and it turned out lovely. Thank you, again

Thank you. Fantastic instruction very helpful. You have encouraged me to not sell my December KnitCrate yarn. Rather to work with it and then sell what I make with it. Becsuse 100% wool is too scratchy for me to wear. I can work with it though. Cables look easy when you do it. It gives me faith that I can work the pattern, so thanks so very much. In my Dec knitcrate I got green, the Blue Spruce. Unless you know how or if you can get the itchyness out of scratchier wool processes???? Like the December knitCrates wool.
    I'm fine with superwash wools!
P.S. I'm knitting the cowl from November's zig zag stitch in the round. Your video showed me that I understood the pattern and made me feel better to know I was working it correctly. Thank you. If I can do that simple pattern these cables do not look much different. You just have to pay attention to where you are in your pattern.

Trudy Schwartz-Burrill thank you, I’m glad my video was helpful. I don’t think there’s a way to take the scratchiness out of the yarn, unfortunately this is the Peruvian wool feel, I’ve used it before. This one doesn’t feel too scratchy, but I’m sensitive to it as well, I too have knitted it for my Etsy shop 😊

@@TeoMakes wow Teo thank you. I didnt see this reply. I really appreciate it. Thats what I thought I could do either make something and sell it or give it to xomeone not bothered by it. Thanks again.

What length cable should I buy for this. I downloaded your pattern but it doesn't say which length to use, it only says 8mm
circular needles. I'm only a beginner, so please excuse my stupidity!

You have helped me a lot. I used to crochet and may again, there ard are stitches I had no knowledge of before. BUT this is my question. About KINTTING, If now am knitting better than ever and contintentel. I discovered the purl where its very fast but to. You have to combinstion knit and knit through the back loop. Doing both or mixing them twists the stitches. It makes knitingv
and purling so so fast its great. So when you teach you say knit through the front loop. But you are purling the fast eastern style. Mixing them creates twists the stitches. When I watch when you speed up you are knitting through the back loop? So on camera are you just teaching the english way? Off camera do you go and tink back? Are you a combination knitter? I had previously asked if you knitted combination? IDK, kinda confused. Doesnt that make tge ssk and k2tog chage? Probably more!?! I'm very curious as I really NEED and want to purl that way and then knit but with that way, other things will change also like ssks and k2tog's but for the speed its worth it. I appreciate your help and actually for me the question answered will be helpful to my needs and how for me to best proceed to increase my output of projects. Thank you very much. Trudy

Trudy Schwartz-Burrill hi Trudy, I try to answer as many questions as I can, sometimes I write down the questions and talk about them in the following videos because it’s easier to explain on camera then in a comment. To answer your question, I’m a continental knitted and I purl Eastern European way with makes the knit stitches untwisted, that’s why I knit through the back loop.
I have a video coming up soon all about my knitting!
