    Next question related to plinth.
    What is plinth protection?
How can we take precautions so that water doesn't "touch" the periphery of the building, and it just flows off, thus there is no water seepage.
If we have a plinth beam, is there a need for DPC ? Will the plinth beam act as a DPC ?
IF the plinth is a bit lower - say just about 1 ft from internal road level, then is there a need for additional DPC ?

Sir, Can we use stones or AAC blocks in place of bricks in column based house structure and if yes, how and how much more stronger foundation it will become?
And is using AAC blocks for full house in Delhi will give more strength and will our house becomes more cool in summers compared to fly ash bricks?

big size stone peices. in Rajasthan people use stone for underground structure. it is water resistant. bricks below soil will loose strenght as time passes due to water soil and dampness but same is not with stone.

I think your plinth level is 18 inch above road level. If so than it is sufficient

Brick wall below the plinth beam - on periphery?
Brick wall will also merge with soile over years - due to water.
Why not have SSM on periphery walls below the plinth beam?
