Again some nice progress :) About the pump shotgun: At that level it does 120hp per shot but only if every pellet hits so range matters. You kind of need your target to get right in your face to do max damage. Boars are unpredictable because they leave you alone unless you annoy them which can be from getting too close or firing at them... then they break your leg... sometimes. Bears with the pump shotgun are a problem because the pump action adds delay between each 120hp shot. If you can reduce their hp to 120 or less before they get to you then you can one shot them just before they eat you. Really, the pump shotgun is a wolf killing machine. All normal wolves (level 1-3) have less than 120hp so let them get right in your face and then single shot them. They can do this funky jump at the last second though so be ready for that (crouching helps) ;)
Amazing game from a single dev. Tons of weapon base crafting upgrades and hidden caves with lava and enemies and rock climbing and gliders and atv to craft and base raiding.
Lol I'm really not trying to be a "Ferguson" but that thing you think is a bug when coming out of the water is actually meant to be and has been there since almost the beginning. I think the dev said that he wanted it to imitate that suction feeling when you come out of the water and how your clothes would be wet and weighing you down. ANYWAY LOVE your content!!!!!
@@FloppySwordGaming 😂😂 lol I know. I think some people in that past have put steps going in the water and connected it to their base and I think that helps a little. Then again I'm not sure how close you plan on going to the water to be able to do that.. or you could make a dock (👉👈lol) .
Just made my evening coffee and settling in to watch Floppy take on Subsistence. Nice way to end the day. Make a wood burning stove right away. Burns much slower. As you already found out, make the bricks as last resort. Later you will have an abundance of fiber.
Lovin' the commentary Floppy ❤ Beware of the Rouge hunters, they move every night. They have Green glow sticks. Regular hunters with bases have Blue. You can see them at night on the map.
U are right to keep the fire going. Bc u need a shitload of ash for farming. So ppl who laugh are stupid. I am recovering from my third heartatack. Hope to see u live soon.
If I am not mistaken it is really close to 80 ash per seed for a full fertilized speed boost on the growing cycle. Or you could go ashless (Just strap your leg's on) it just requires more plant beds to keep up the same production. I prefer the ash by the way 😋 edit : "I misspelled more"
yay another video, after your first one i decided to start playing again after over a year. thought the game was dead, glad to see its not and dev has finally gotten more updates in altho im sad he never actually fixed loot system. still a fun grind
I guess make a fishing pole next floppy you will need to harvest oil from fish for the Antidote. Great stuff. See Ohno's comment below. Cant wait until next time. Be well.
Fuel bricks are not really worth the cost of fiber. Especially on the side of the map you're playing. The other side of the mountain has way more abundance of fiber and also Iron ore. So ya, just use wood for your fire, and save your fiber for cordage. At least until later in the game.
If I gave in to my OCD about what I think you aren't doing, it would be... Make Arrows... lol Kill chickens, and rabbits (which are a fine source of cloth).
Shotgun 1 shots a wolf at close range. It use to be the level 1 bore aswell. Bear 🐻 no way. Animals level up after killing you ore the roughs. That's why the other bear was 180 ore so instead of the 140. Ps the wolf best way killing the is neel down wait until he's almost in your face and shoot once with the shottie. To lv 2 is a kill every time. Keep them coming Floppy. 💾 ⚔
Again some nice progress :)

A fridge takes 20 power just so you know.

Great episode Floppy. Making some big gains!
This game goes deep and is way under rated.

Also, if I remember correctly, potassium could be used as fertilizer too.

It’s funny how diligent you are about making sure the door is closed when there aren’t any walls on the building 🤣

Yay good evening hi floppy .🎑

Fiber has been almost unlimited and respawns quickly in my area 🤔
