Meditation Journey: Mother Earth by Jessie

A note from Peg: This meditation was created by my good friend Jessie, who is a great heart, a wise woman, a reiki practitioner, and a disciplined meditator. She has limited interest in social media or acquiring a UA-cam channel, so I am hosting her. Please enjoy. The following is a poem she recently wrote:
Sun rays filter through stormy clouds,
Rumbling thunder talks to the hills,
The earth, the moon, the sun,
Trees whisper.
Energies build, nature communicates,
Listen and you will hear,
Breathe and you will know her words and meaning.
Ebb and flow as the wind blows through the trees,
The beating heart of Mother earth,
Feel her pulsing rhythm.
Come feel the love that is being offered,
Give and receive,
Breathe with Mother Earth.
Love as she loves,
Live within her embrace, live as one.
