If law can reverse the gender changing fruit of black beard's crew by using haki, and Garp was able to melt some of the ice attacks of Aokigi with strength and haki. I believe a strong haki attack from fujitora could've easily cut that cage

i don't think doffy would even have required him to use his DF if he was being serious about taking doffy down
