Milk Hydrogrip has Niacinimide which breaks me out instantly and I didnt realize until after trying it (I was extremely confused as to why my skin was acting up), dumb of me not to check the ingredients. I DID check the ingredients for this one though and all the ingredients are in the clear, i'm so excited because I have such dry skin and i'm hoping this will work for me!
i was just in ulta and bypassed the whole ELF section 😩😩 charlotte tillbury setting spray was the GOAT for a while for me but i might have to give this a try cause i love the natural finish. i was concerned when you said dewy, cause i hate looking dewy when it’s hot out
I wonder if adding the Dior powder on top of the wet but drying setting spray made it more matte? At any rate your face looks beautiful. For $10 it’s definitely worth a try! I have used the Caudelie spray for years and it has that bi-phase oil and liquid, and the finish it leaves is really nice…but she’s a pricey B, so this Elf spray might be a more affordable alternative! Thanks for the review!

Did it turn out matte because you put finishing powder on top of it and you baked? Make up looks beautiful though and more like a soft matte. Very natural looking.

I tried just the primer alone because they ran out of the spray. But I wasn't that impressed by it by itself. Another video said it worked so well it hardly even transferred, even when she sweat. Well, let's just say I didn't have the same experience. I'll even say my makeup looked a bit worse after sweating compared to when I don't even use primer. Maybe I need the spray with it, or maybe lighter shade formulas just don't transfer as much. All I know is when my chocolate self sweat, you could clearly tell.😂 You could also see where the water droplets were on my face
